Location type
Paradise Villa occupies a prime position on the newly completed Paradise Gardens IV complex, which is conveniently located in a quiet and peaceful area of Kato Paphos. A mini market for all your basic provisions is only a 2-minute walk away.

The excellent location means that car hire is an option, not a necessity. Just a leisurely stroll away is the tourist area with its picturesque harbour, mediaeval fort, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

Kitchen
At the front of the villa is the modern, open-plan kitchen, which is fully-fitted and well-equipped including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Living room
The relaxing lounge is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed, two-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, television with Sky Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is an air-conditioning unit, which keeps the whole of the downstairs area cool in the summer and can also be used as a heater during the cooler months. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the patio and pool area.

Dining room
Adjoining both the kitchen and lounge is the light and airy dining area. The large pine table comfortably seats six people and is perfect for formal and informal dining.

Bathroom
The two bedrooms on this floor share a good size family bathroom with WC, wash basin and full length bath with shower attachment.

Bedrooms
Overlooking the pool and gardens is one of the two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and an air-conditioning unit.

The tastefully furnished twin bedroom overlooking the front of the villa has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and an air-conditioning unit.

With the second floor all to itself, the stylishly furnished master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and an air-conditioning unit. Sliding doors lead onto the private roof terrace.

Entertainment
There is a television with Sky Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. A selection of DVDs, books and board games are also provided.

Outside space
Sliding doors lead from the lounge to the Klimara stone patio, which is furnished with a table, four chairs and a parasol. It provides direct access to the pool and is perfect for enjoying breakfast as the sun climbs in the sky. The first floor balcony provides some welcome shade over the patio during the hot summer months.

Overlooking the pool with views across the surrounding countryside towards the sea, the secluded roof terrace is a relaxing place to sunbathe during the day, and the ideal spot to sit and enjoy a drink and watch the magical Cypriot sunset in the evening.

Laundry
A washing machine and laundry airer are provided.

Parking
Parking is available on the private road directly outside the villa.

Leisure facilities
The large shared pool, which is the focal point of the complex, is perfectly placed beside the patio, making it particularly suitable for families with children. You can quite safely sip coffee on the patio whilst keeping a watchful eye on the children playing in the pool; we chose this particular property because of its close proximity to the pool.

Due to the heat of the sun, the pool is always warm during the summer months. It is for the exclusive use of the residents and their guests and is beautifully illuminated at night, making it ideal for those moonlit swims.

An attractive, crazy-paved sunbathing terrace, with sunbeds and parasols surrounds the pool and provides the perfect place for a lazy, relaxing day, soaking up the sun.

The landscaped gardens and lawned areas are well maintained and planted with palm trees and colourful shrubs.

Open countryside is beyond the gardens.

Restaurants
The nearest restaurant is about 200m away and there are many more less than 1km away.

Distance from airports/ports
Paphos International airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car and airport transfers can be arranged if necessary. Comprehensive directions from Paphos airport and a map will be included with your booking documents.

Suitability
Holidays are all about having fun in a safe and secure environment and Paradise Villa is particularly suitable for families with children as it is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac.

Also, as the pool is conveniently situated just a few steps away from the patio, you can safely sit on the patio whilst keeping a watchful eye on the children.
