Ilios Cottage is a typically modern two bedroom Cypriot townhouse which can sleep up to 6 people. One double, one twin and a sofa bed for two in the lounge. It is situated close to central Kato Paphos with its many taverna and historical sites and only 15 mins from the Paphos International Airport.

The townhouse accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the lounge. There is a downstairs cloakroom and first floor bathroom with bath/shower. Car parking space available. Ground floor patio and first floor balcony to rear, both overlooking the communal swimming pool 20 metres away along with poolside showers.

All appliances are electric. Equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic 4 ring hotplate, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, television (with radio), CD/mp3/DVD player and air conditioning units to bedrooms and lounge/diner.

Saucepans, crockery, glassware and cutlery for 6 persons. Fresh bed linen is provided with beds made ready for your arrival. Bath and hand towels for each guest. Please remember to take your own beach towels as the bath/hand towels provided are unsuitable for that purpose.

Local Facilities
A small local supermarket is situated within. 5 minutes walking distance. Others providing fruit, vegetables and general items can be found closer to the centre of Kato Paphos and further afield as you investigate the area.

There is a small taverna adjacent to the nearest supermarket 5 minutes walking distance and numerous bars/restaurants in the town and along the promenade facing the sea towards the Harbour area.

Nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes walk. There is a ten-pin bowling alley 10 — 15 minutes walk. Additionally a water park and go-cart circuit adjacent to each other within a short car/taxi ride.

Golf, scuba diving and other water sports facilities exist in and around Kato Paphos.

A £100 deposit is required to confirm booking arrangement and balances required to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Change Over Days
We do not have any specific regular change over days and bookings can usually be made to suit client flight arrangements so clients can get the best flight deal for the period being looked for. A day is usually reserved between departutres and arrivals to allow for cleaning.
