Sheets and towels, Cleaning costs, local tourist tax, damage deposit, electricity and water.

Damage deposit 260 euros per house.

Tourist tax is 0.55 euros per person and per day.

Location type
The residence Domaine de Fontenelles is situated right on the 18 hole golf course, 8 km away from St Gilles Croix de Vie, and offers accommodation which is perfect for those who want an active holiday.
In addition to the golf course, there is a heated swimming pool, tennis and Club House Bar and Brasserie.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hotplates, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.

Living room
All the houses are furnished to the different owners tastes. The living area is open plan with a lounge space, dining and kitchen. The lounge has a sofa dn patio doors to the garden.

Dining room
There is a dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Bathroom
The house has a bathroom, and a shower room and 2 toilets.

Bedrooms
There is a total of 3 bedrooms: 1 downstairs which is often a double, and 2 upstairs often a further double bedroom and a twin.

Entertainment
A TV can be provided and costs 7 euros per day or 35 euros per week (French channels only).

Outside space
The houses have a small (un-enclosed) garden with patio furniture provided.

Laundry
There are shared laundy facilities on site.

Parking
Parking is provided free of charge.

Leisure facilities
The swimming pool is heated, and is 274 metres square with a children’s pool which is 26 metres square. It is open from mid May to end September 9am - 8pm.
There are 2 tennis courts (8 euros per hour, open approx 1/6-15/9), and a Club House Bar and Brasserie on site.
