An Idyllic and Luxurious garden apartment offering stunning lake views and an enviable stone's throw away location to the world famous 'Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club' in Croce, the oldest and most breathtaking Golf Course in all of Europe.

The property offers a fully equipped Kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living area, with a Sat TV and DVD Player to hand.

The Accommodation consists of 2 luxurious King Size Bedrooms and 1 modern Bathroom.

Outside enjoy the sunny and tranquil position of the garden which offers a BBQ and spectacular lake views due to the hillside location above Menaggio.

Please note that as the garden is not fully enclosed and has a steep edge to the lawn, it is unsuitable for children under 6 years old.

Menaggio town is only 8 minutes drive away by car and offers all the local amenities desired as well as the public Lido Beach and Swimming Pool, beautiful Piazzas and the fast and convenient ferry by which to explore the Lake from.
Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is less than a 10 min drive away.
The famous Villa Vista d'Este Golf Club is also located a 25 minutes drive away.

Payment Methods
Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Deposit
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Change Over Days
We accept bookings on every single day of the week, arrival is after 4pm.

Additional Pricing Information
Cleaning Costs
There is a final cleaning cost of €90 when staying for one week & €120 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Short Breaks
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff

Additional Extras
We offer a range of facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Single Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Italian Mobile Phone - EU 15 per week, Mountain Bikes - EU 60 per week, Internet Access - EU 15 per week, Air Conditioning- EU 80 per week, (only if the property has an Air-Con Unit and you would like to use it), Boat Mooring - EU 150 per week, (only if there is a boat mooring available at the rental property).

Location type
Our apartment is located overlooking the beautiful Lake Como with the impressive moutains in the backdrop. Situated 2km from the town of Menaggio with it’s extensive selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Nearby places of interest include the historic town of Varenna with its beautiful Italian architecture and its medieval castle nestled above. Menaggio Lido provides the perfect area for you and the children to rest the day away.

Kitchen
Our kitchen contains the following: Fridge, Freezer, Gas Hob, Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Saucepans, the kitchen seats four easily and makes the perfect start to the day before a day on the course.

Living room
Our living provides the perfect setting for those relaxed evenings after a long day of playing golf. The views from the living room are directly out towards the lake, allowing you to feel almost like you are floating on one of the many boats on the lake. There is a dinning table which seats four, the living room also provides SAT/Cable TV with a DVD player.

Bathroom
Our bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, basin providing more than adequate facilities for it s four guests.

Bedrooms
The apartment consists of two luxurious king-size bedrooms which allow for ultra comfort after a long day on the golf range.

Entertainment
The apartment comes with SAT/Cable TV and a DVD player.

Outside space
The apartment has a beautifully landscaped garden with a terrace with garden furniture allowing you to lay back with a glass of Italian wine brought from the local stores and watch as time goes by.

Parking
For you convience the property comes inclusive of a parking space for your vechile.

Distance from airports/ports
The property is just over 90km away from Milan Malpensa airport where Easyjet have regular low cost flights, the other main airport Milan Bergamo where Ryanair fly to is just over 70 Km away. The property is based in Menaggio which has its own port and is on the 'Golden Triangle' of Lake Como meaning it is perfectly position for exploring the lake.
