Location type
A stylish newly refurbished apartment right in the heart of Menaggio. The apartment is located in the main Piazza of Menaggio, making it an ideal base to explore all the towns & villages around Lake Como. There is no need for a car as the ferry dock is only 800m away but if you do have one, then there is a private garage parking with the apartment.

Kitchen
The kitchen facilites are of a very high standard and have all been recently fitted, the area includes all that a self catering group would require if they were to rent the apartment.

Living room
The living room like the kitchen is part of an open plan living area, the furniture is new with a very stylish look, and includes a Sattelite television, along with a DVD player and CD player.

Dining room
The dining area is part of an open plan ground floor of the apartment along with the kitchen and living area. All dining room furniture is of a high standard and quality.

Bathroom
There are two bathrooms located in the apartment, they include all the neccessary facilities that you would require and all to a high standard as the apartment has been recently furnished.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms that sleep 5 people. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the apartment the other two are located on the first floor of the apartment up a flight of stairs. There is a Double Bed in one room, twin beds in another and one bedroom contains a single bed.

Entertainment
The entertainment within the apartment includes a flat screen satellite TV with DVD player and a stereo CD player.

Outside space
There is no specified outside space for the apartment however from the entrance door, you step directly out onto the Piazza from where you can stroll along the pretty lakeside promenade or relax at a cafe with your cappucino! In the town, you can find a number of delicious Italian restaurants, fresh home made ice cream shops, small boutiques, and a couple of supermarkets. The public 'Lido di Menaggio' (public swimming pool) with lakeside sandy beach is just five minutes walk from the apartment.

Laundry
There is a washing machine located within the apartment. Also there is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Parking
There is a private garage parking with the apartment.

Leisure facilities
There are a number of small boutiques, and a couple of supermarkets. The public 'Lido di Menaggio' (public swimming pool) with lakeside sandy beach is just five minutes walk from the apartment and there is a wide variety of sports the lake area has to offer: wind surfing, swimming, water skiing, swimming and hand gliding. It is also only a short drive to golfing and skiing facilities.

Milan Malpensa airport is a 90min drive to the apartment (80km) 50miles. Menggio Port is located 800m away from the apartment

Suitability
Suitable for all, there is a lift that allows access for disabled and elderly. However there is only one bedroom located on fground floor of apartment the other two are located on first floor up a flight of stairs.
