Kitchen is well equipped with all the facitlities that you would expect with a modern kitchen, also there is a kitchenette area for dining within the kitchen if desired.

Living room
The living room is part of an open plan area, modern furnished with sofas a television and French doors out to a balcony

Dining room
The dining room is also part of the open plan area with the living room. Again all the furniture is modern and of a high standard. The dining table is large and can seat a number of guests.

Bathroom
The apartment contains for large spacious bathrooms, furnished with all modern appliances. one bathroom also includes a jacuzzi bath for you to relax and enjoy.

Bedrooms
This apartment has a great amount of accommodation, sleeping up to 9 people. There are three large spacious double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom,

Entertainment
There is a TV located in the living room area, and the balcony space could be used for BBQ.

Outside space
The apartment has three spacious balconies with fantastic views of the surrounding lake and mountain region.

Laundry
There is a final cleaning fee of €120 for a one week booking & €150 for a two week booking with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price

There are no specifically allocated car park spaces for this apartment

Villa d'Este Golf course is very close by. Also Como and Cernobbio have a lot of activities to offer including a variety of water sports, cycling, hiking and skiing resorts are close by.

Restaurants
There are a number of restaurants and cafes located in Cernobbio, and Como only a ten minute drive away also has a large number of restaurants that cater for a large range of dining tastes.
