Villa Savoia is a gorgeous detached villa in the uphill side of the beautiful town of Menaggio. The villa is siutated in an imposing position with dramatic lake and mountain views. A lush green garden fronts the villa where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the area under the heat of the sun.

The villa is arranged in two floors. Through the front door you enter a bright and airy living area with kitchen diner. The Lombardy style interior is both cosy and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with diswasher and the basic things for a self catering holiday stay. Experience the delicious italian dining from the 8 seater wooden table which combines well with the natural wooden ceilings. Enjoy the lake with a choice from the two terraces at the upper floor. Lounge area in the upper floor offers entertainment of TV with DVD player.

Going down the lower floor offers another living area with a spacious sitting area which has a direct access to the garden. One of the sofa can easily be converted to a double size bed.

Bedroom 1 offers a double bed with an en-euite bathroom with bidet, toilet, and shower with glass walls.

Bedroom 2 also offers a comdfortable double size bed which a direct access to the private garden fronting the villa. It also has en-euite bathroom complete with shower, bidet, toilet and basin.

Bedroom 3 offers a double size bed which also a direct access to the private garden.

In the garden there are sun loungers where you can lie under the heat of the sun. There are also table and chairs where you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining.
Be advised that in the far front side of the garden there is sloping area so is good to look after children.

The villa is located directly in the uphill zig-zag road of Menaggio and due to this location there are some considerable noise you can hear from the road.

Distance from airports/ports
Milan Malpensa Airport is approximately 85km away, to drive it takes around an hour and a half. The closest port to the property is in Menaggio,

Suitability
This property is suitable for elderly and children, however it must be noted that there are stairs within this property therefore if these were to cause a problem we would not recommend this property.
