Brand new 2-bed apartment furnished to a very high standard and decorated with a contemporary feel. Entrance hall, galley kitchen with full range of electrical appliances and breakfast bar. Lounge/dining room with LCD TV and DVD, sofa bed, dining table and patio doors leading to balcony overlooking the area of Vale de Parra. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds and built in wardrobes, with one having an en-suite bathroom.

There are two swimming pools on the complex, one for children, both within a gated area. There are garden areas and secure parking in the underground car park.

The apartment is in the area of Vale de Parra, close to Gale and within 5 minutes drive to 7 beautiful beaches. Albufeira is a 10 minute drive away and Vilamoura 20 minutes.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made either by Credit or Debit card or bank transfer.

Deposit
25% non refundable deposit required on booking. Balance and security deposit of £190 payable 10 weeks before departure. Bookings within 10 weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of the end of the holiday subject to any deduction for damages.

Change Over Days
Flexible. Normal check in time is after 3.00pm and check out time is 10.00am, although arrangements can be made to allow luggage to be left from 12.00 noon.

Additional Pricing Information
Extras such as cots, highchairs, airport transfers and welcome packs are available at additional cost.
 
 
Further Details

Location type
The first floor apartment is situated in the area of Vale de Parra, which is close to Gale and 10 minutes drive to Albufeira old town. Gale's seven beaches are all within a 5 minute drive, as is the Algarve Shopping complex at Guia with it's large Continente hypermarket. Salgados golf course is 5 minutes away. Vilamoura with it's Marina and golf courses is a 20 minute drive away. Vale de Parra is centrally situated to reach all of the towns and golf courses along the Algarve coast.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a range of appliances including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a small breakfast bar with stools and it is well equippped with all the crockery and utensils you will need.

Living room
The living/dining room has a large sofa bed to sleep one adult or two children, and an armchair. It has a dining table and chairs to seat six. Patio doors lead on to the balcony.

Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, bidet and bath with shower and glass screen over and a built in sink with cupboard underneath. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and enclosed shower cubicle.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have two single beds and built in wardrobes. Good quality bed linen and duvets are provided. The main bedroom also has a safe and leads out onto the balcony.

Entertainment
There is an LCD flatscreen TV and DVD player, and a built in music system which can be used in all rooms. An extensive selection of DVD's to suit all ages is available, as well as books and board games.

Outside space
The balcony has a patio table and chairs to seat six, overlooking the area of Vale de Parra. A clothes dryer is provided.The complex has two swimming pools, one for children, in a secure, gated area. There is also a purpose built barbecue area and gardens.

Laundry
Good quality linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Please provide your own beach and pool towels.

Parking
A secure underground parking space is included.

Leisure facilities
All of Gale's seven beaches are only 5 minutes drive away. Both waterparks are a short drive away, and Zoomarine is only 5 minutes by car, or a bus can be caught outside the apartment in high season. Albufeira old town is only 10 minutes drive away, and Algarve Shopping with it's shops, hypermarket and cinema only 5 minutes drive. Vilamoura, with it's Marina and golf courses, is 20 minutes.

Restaurants
There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, one right opposite. There are many more in the Vale de Parra/Gale area within 5/10 minutes drive. There is a mini-market directly opposite the apartment for all your day to day needs, a larger supermarket a few minutes down the road, and Algarve Shopping is 5 minutes drive. A guest directory is available in the apartment with lots of information to assist you during your stay.

Distance from airports/ports
Faro airport is approx 40-45 minutes drive along the EN125 or A22.

Additional features
Fully air-condiitioned throughout. No smoking in the apartment and no pets. A personal meet and greet service is provided by our managing agents, and extras such as airport transfers, cots, highchairs and welcome packs can be provided at additional cost.

Suitability
The apartment is ideally suited to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Car hire is recommended to take advantage of everything that the area can offer. This can be arranged through our managing agents if required.
