A beautiful new fully furnished one bed apartment that sleeps 4 people.
The apartment is situated within a private complex with a lawn to the
rear and private parking out front.
There are two beds and two large sofa beds. Both the bedroom and lounge have air conditioning.
The kitchen which is fully fitted is separate from the lounge.The lounge leads out onto the patio and lawn via sliding glass doors.
There are two swimming pools on the complex one is for toddlers.
Only 10 Min's. walk from the old town of Albufeira or a resort bus service ( modern air conditioned ) also runs from near to the complex every half hour to the new town, old town, the Strip, and along the beaches, children free. Airport transfers from Faro can be arranged.

just 10mins walk from the old town of Albureira. Situated in the grounds of a small complex with a swimmingpool

Kitchen
the kitchen is fitted with a washer /dryer. cooker, fridge freezer, kettle and all crockery and cooking utensils

Living room
The living room has two large sofa beds, air conditioning, two coffee tables.and a dining table that seats six, there is a large built in wardrobe and glass sliding doors that lead out on to a patio area and rear garden.

Bathroom
The bathroom has bath shower and toilet . All bath linnen is provided

Bedrooms
the bedroom has two singl beds, air conditioning, a large built in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, bed side tables with bed side laghts. All bed linnen is provided.

Entertainment
There are many bars and restaurants in the old town, also the apartment is close to the strip in the new town. During the summer the old town has entertainment in the square most nights

Outside space
There arecommunal gardens to the rear of the apartment

Laundry is done once a week

Parking
There is private covered parking to the front of the apartment

Leisure facilities
All kinds of water sports on the beaches also water parks, golf, horse riding, organised trips and many other interesting things to do and see

Restaurants
There is a veriety of restaurants depending on your preference, from top of the range to a quick snack

Distance from airports/ports
only a 20 min cab ride, or transfers can be arranged

Suitability
would not be suitable for people with mobility problems as it is 10 mins walk from the town, although a ferry bus does run to the resort and back every half hour. The average cost of a taxi to or from the resort is about €3.75
