Totally new complex. This penthouse is ideal for the discerning tourist who likes luxury when on holiday, it is finished to a very high standard. We like it to be a home from home so you will find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a full size oven with1 el. ring and 3 gas rings on hob. All bed linen and bathtowels are provided but please bring beach towels. There is lots of room on the balcony for adults and children to have their own space. There is very comfortable seating and a table for 6 for outdoor dining. There are sunloungers on balcony for private sunbathing. The penthouse has keypad /video entry making it very secure. Air con. can also be used for heating in cooler weather. Satellite T.V. Underground secure parking for 2 cars.Golf is available locally at Pine Cliffs Golf & Country Club, and Salgados Golf Club.

Deposit
25% with booking to secure dates and balance due 6 weeks before holiday. There is a €200.00 security deposit which is returned within 2 weeks once the Penthouse has been checked.

Change Over Days
Flexible changeover days since Wednesday is usually much cheaper to travel i have no problem with that.

Further Details

Location type
The penthouse is located just off "The Globe " roundabout and within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants. Because the penthouse is in the centre of the complex there is no traffic noise.

Kitchen
This is a state of the art kitchen with all Siemens appliances, full electric cooker 3 gas rings and one electric , fridge/freezer, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, juicer,etc. There is a vent for central vacuum on the kickboard so no need for dustpan just brush to the vent. There is a double door to the balcony which has a covered area for those who prefer to sit in the shade.

Living room
The livingroom is vast with comfortable seating including 2 recliners and a double studio couch.It has a flatscreen T.V. with english channels also DVD player and stereo.

Dining room
There is a dining area in the livingroom with table and seating for 6 people

Bathroom
There are 2 full size bathrooms both with bath and shower toilet and bidet. There is also a cloakroom in the hall with washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms one has a kingsize bed and the othe 2 have twin single beds. All bedrooms have very big fitted wardrobes and 2 of the have sliding doors to the balcony. All doors and windows are fitted with electric shutters. There is a hairdryer and extra bedlinen supplied.

Entertainment
There are some DVD 's and CD's also books and some childrens toys available for your entertainment.

Outside space
Because it is a Penthouse there is a very big wrapround balcony with sunloungers if you prefer to sunbathe in privacy. It gives lots of space for families where children can play on one side while you relax on the other.

Laundry
There is a washer/dryer and clothesline available also a full size ironing board and iron.

Parking
There are 2 secure underground parking spaces available with lift access to the penthouse. There is also parking outside the block.

Leisure facilities
There is a lovely swimming pool directly below our balcony it is only 5ft deep at any point. There is also a toddlers pool and 2 showers.

Restaurants
There ar so many restaurants available it is impossible to name them some of the ones I would recommend are "The Sizzling Stone" The Ancora The Big Shanghai, Tres Palmas. The Corcovada Clubhouse is very good for snacks as is The American Diner on The Strio.

Distance from airports/ports
It is 35km from Faro Airport and takes approx 45 mins. Pick up and return to the airport can be arranged without any problem,.

Additional features
Because the complex is so new it is very popular. The security is very good with a keypad video entry system.

Suitability
Totally suitable for all types of holidaymaker as it is so central and so spacious.

Testimonials
Just spent two weeks at this penthouse really fab. has everything you could need from collecting at airport to departure. I would really recommend it, all rooms as in pictures. Looking forward to returning next year already.
