The villa was built in 2004,is luxuriously appointed and sleeps 6 people.There are three bedrooms ( 1 Double and 2 Twins) 3 bathrooms (en-suite in double ) The villa enjoys exceptional views across the golf course from most of the rooms including the reception room,terrace and patio garden.An added feature is the roof terrace.French windows offer access from the reception room to a terrace with table and chairs.Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is a spacious twin with mirrored wardrobes and adjacent bathroom/shower.On the groud floor, Bedroom 2 is a twin room with mirrored wardrobes and doors leeding out to the swimming pool and patio area.The Master Bedroom Suite has a double bed,dressing area with mirrored wardrobes incorporating a wall safe for valuables,leading into the en-suite bathroom with bath,vanity unit,heated towel rail,wc and bidet,Twin doors lead out to the swimming pool and patio area featuring a large dining table and chairs,shower,built in bbq and sun loungers.A gate leads onto the Golf Course.The reception room, dining room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.All towels and bed linen are provided and a maid service available if required.The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,fridge/freezer,microwave plus oven and hob.The reception room has stunning views over the front nine holes of the golf course.There is Digital Satelite Tv,a DVD player and CD player, Telephone and Internet Access.Guests can take full advantage of all the Parque da Floresta leisure facilities including several restaurants,football,bowls,tennis,spa,outdoor pools, gym,horse riding and scuba diving.Guests receive a 40% discount on Golf Course Fees.The villa is ideally suited for both golf and family holidays.Lovely sandy beaches are within easy reach of the resort which lies to the west of Lagos,about 1 hour drive from Faro airport

Our villa is located overlooking the 8th green with dramatic views across the front nine holes of Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort and towards the sea beyond.Nearby places of interest include the historic town of Lagos where Henry the Navigator launched his fleet to captureCeuta in Morocco.Its cobbled streets are crammed with restaurants, bars and shops.

Kitchen
The spacious Kitchen offers granite worktops,beech units,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge/freezer,microwave,oven and hob and comes fully equipped

Living room
The living room is light and spacious and has stunning views acrooss the front nine holes of the golf course.There is Digital SateliteTv, a DVD player,CD player and Internet access.There is a wood burning stove and the room is fully air conditioned.Sofas and chairs to seat 6 people comfortably.Sliding doors lead to a terrace containing a table and chair overlooking the golf course.

Dining room
The dining room has a large glass topped wooden table and seating for 8 people.It too is fully air conditioned

Bathroom
Each of the three bathrooms are fully tiled and each features a vanity unity,shower,heated towel rail and wc,The Master Bedroom en-suite features a large bath,vanity unit ,heated towel rail,shower,wc and bidet

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a spacious twin room with mirrored wardrobes and adjacent shower/bathroom.On the ground floor, Bedroom 2 is a bright twin room with mirrored wardrobe and double doors leading out to the swimming pool and patio area.There is an adjacent shower/bathroom.The Master Bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom.Within the mirrored wardrobe is a wall safe for valuables.Twin doors lead out to the swimming pool and patio area.All bedrooms are fully air conditioned

There are a number of books,DVDs,CDs and a range of toys and games for pool use

Outside space
There is a private lawned garden with shrubs within the swimming pool patio area and a gate leads out onto the golf course.There is a brick built bbq,shower, large table and chairs and sun loungers for your enjoyment and use.

Laundry
There is a washing machine/tumble drier and outdoor washing line.An iron and ironing board are provided.Bed linen and towels are also provided

Parking
There is space to park one car on the drive of the villa and adequate space on the road outside

Leisure facilities
Guests can take full advantage of all the facilities of Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort which include football,bowls,floodlight tennis,health spa,gym,several outdoor pools,scuba diving and of course golf.Guests enjoy a discount of 40% off the golf course fees

Restaurants
There are several restaurants on the resort,both formal and informal,serving breakfast,lunch or dinner with evening home delivery or takeaway.The nearby village of Salema hosts several restaurants specialising in locally caught fish

Distance from airports/ports
The villa is approximately 1 hour by car from Faro airport or 3hours from Lisbon airport
