The house nestles in the centre of a fig orchard, with panoramic views of the sea and around to the Monchique mountains in the North. The 11 x 5m heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a barbecue, exterior shower and pergola. Only 2km from the sea and the fishing town of Armacao de Pera with its lovely mile long sandy beaches.
Accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, large lounge/dining room equipped with Satelitte TV, Dvd, Video and music centre. Newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and all necessary appliances. Washing machine housed in small utility area.

Deposit
A deposit of £150 is requested to secure the reservation. Balance requested 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.

Change Over Days
Saturdays. We can be more flexible from October to March to mee airline availability during winter months.

Location type
This villa is situated on a hill, 2km from Armacao de Pera with its lovely 2mile long sandy beach. The villa is in a very rural position offering peace and tranquility for a relaxing holiday.

Kitchen
Newly refurbished in 2007. Equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all necessary electrical appliances. (ie Toaster, kettle, blender etc)

Living room
Lounge and dining room providing satelitte TV, DVD, Video and music centre. Large wood burning fireplace for winter use and lounge seating for 6 persons. Dining seating for 8 persons. Good selection of holiday reading books.

Bathroom
2 full bathrooms and one shower room all en suite to the bedrooms.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom with large double bed. Blue room equipped with two single beds which can be made into a super king. Peach room has twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fans or radiators for winter use.

Entertainment
Villa equipped with TV, DVD and Video recorder and card games. Local cinema approx 10 minutes drive from Villa.

Outside space
The villa stands in 3 acres of grounds and half of which is landscaped with lawn area leading down to the pool.

Laundry
Washing machine provided.

Parking
Ample car parking for 4 cars.

Leisure facilities
Two very popular Water Parks within easy reach of the villa. Zoomarine which offers a good family day out. Armacao de Pera has many water sports available on the lovely 2 mile sandy beach which includes jet ski hire, paragliding, banana boats and pedaloes. Tennis, bowling green, horseriding and gymnasium all 2-3 km from the villa.
