Inside the resort you'll find two 18-hole golf courses, swimming pool, tennis courts and several sport activities. A delightful beach is just 2 km away. Ideal for golfers and people that want to relax and enjoy Lisbon's weather. Car is recommended to visit near locations like Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra and Sesimbra. A small 'Aroeira Shopping Centre' with supermarket, cafe, restaurant, pet shop, pharmacy and cleaning services between others, can be found just 50 metres walk from the villa.

Location type
Our apartment is located overlooking the 2th hole of the Aroeira II golf course with views out to the tee and fairway. Situated 25km from the city of Lisbon with it’s extensive selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Nearby places of interest include not only historic Lisbon but also charming Sintra, Cascais or Sesimbra. The sandy beach of Fonte da Telha is just 2km away.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Toaster, Expresso machine, Dish washer, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine and Oven.

Living room
Fireplace seating for 4 to 6 people.
Sleeps at least 1 person if extra bed requested.
There are two big sliding doors opening on the terrace facing the Golf.
TV, DVD, radio, stereo system.

Dining room
Dining area seating for 6 people.

Bathroom
1 full Bathroom with towels and hair dryer.

Bedrooms

With 4 single beds, Large wardrobe and drawers. Bedside cabinets and lamps.

Outside space
Large Balcony accessed by doors from living room and kitchen. A table with 2 chairs and a brasilian style relaxing net is provided. Beautiful view over the Golf Course. Small Balcony accessed by both bedrooms.

Laundry
Cleaning services just 50 meters in the small shopping area: daily maid available if requested.
Bedding, bath and hand towels provided. Tea towels and hand towels in kitchen.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

Parking
Plenty of parking slots available outside.

Leisure facilities
Onsite: 2 Championship Golf courses (Aroeira I and II), tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, several playgrounds and clubhouse. The small newly built Aroeira Shopping Area is also available just 50 metres walk from the villa and includes Supermarket, Hairdresser & SPA, Bar, Take Away, Restaurant, Pharmacy, Pet-Shop, Kiosk and Cleaning Services, between others. The beach just 2km away also offers several kinds of water sports.

Restaurants
The area offers a wide range of quality cooking, in particular seafood. Many restaurants within walking distance: shopping area, clubhouse or even outside the Resort. Bars and cafes.

Lisbon Airport at about 25 kilometres or 30 minutes drive.
Motorway A2 at 8 kilometres.
Railway station Foros Amora at 8 kilometres.
Straight forward , easy to find.
