Villa Marie-anne is in a residential area and within walking distance to the bustling popular resort of Carvoeiro with its many bars, restaurants and shops and sandy beach. There are several restaurants very close by. The pool and patio area is south facing so that you can enjoy lounging by the pool all day and soak up the sun. The pool terrace is surrounded by a wall to give privacy. It is just a short drive to Vale da Milho Golf course and Gramacho and Vale da Pinto courses at the Pestana resort.

Marie-anne is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area which is very propular with holiday makers. Carvoeiro is just 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking. Faro airport is 45 minutes drive.
There are numerous sandy coves within a short drive of the villa. The area boasts 2 water parks and 1 theme park all within a short drive.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster, iron, coffee machine etc.

The living room is comfortably furnished with seating for 6 and a TV with freeview channels and a CD player. There are patio doors onto the pool terrace.

There are plenty of good restaurants in Carvoeiro to suit all pockets and within 5 minutes walk is a nice restaurant.

Distance from airports/ports
It is 45 minutes drive from the airport. A car is recommended to enable you to enjoy the area but if you decide against this a transfer can be arranged.
