Payment Methods
30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.
70% remaining amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline.
Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary).
Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Deposit
On receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 200 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the person in charge.
The rented object is to be left in the condition received, otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Change Over Days
Arrival/ Departure Any day.
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery.
Departure until 10.00.

Additional Pricing Information
Prices are per week for 6 persons.
Cancellation:
Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount.
Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.

It is south west oriented with the main terrace facing the fairway from the hole nº 4, Aroira II. Allowing people to spend sunny afternoon partially protected by the shade of the pine trees. The whole infrastructure of Aroeira is at your disposal such as: the tropical pool, 2 golf courses 18 holes (par 72), 4 tennis courts and a restaurant.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The appartment have a main terrace facing the golf course ( 4th hole) allowing people to spend sunny afternoon partially protected by the shade of the pine trees. A table, chairs and lounge chairs are provided. People can also use the barbecue outside on the terrace.

Washing machine, Iron and Ironing board are provided.

A secure parking is located just under the apartment.
