Payment Methods
30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.
70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline.
Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary).
Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Additional Pricing Information
Cancellation
Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount.
Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.

It is south west oriented with the swimming pool and main terrace facing the fairway from the hole nº 9, Aroira I. Allowing people to spend sunny afternoon partially protected by the shade of the pine trees. The whole infrastructure of Aroeira is at your disposal such as: the tropical pool, 2 golf courses 18 holes (par 72), 4 tennis courts and a restaurant.

Inside the resort there are a Restaurant at the Club house, cafetaria and a snack bar at the swimming pool. Nearby you'll find many beach restaurants and bars.
