The villa is set in a quiet, beautifully maintained residential area, between Alvor and Portimao. The area is maintained to a very high standard throughout the year with beautiful gardens containing bougainvilleas and palm trees. The outstanding feature is the leisure complex that includes the large indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. This facility is open to residents and guests all year round. Also included is a large putdoor pool and two tennis courts. These facilities are within a 2 minute walk from the villa.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard of interior design, with air conditioning and heating. Prices include maid cleaning service and linen change once per week.

5km to beautiful beaches of Praia do Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Praia do Vau. There are some great local restaurants within walking distance of the villa that provide excellent qulaity dishes at reasonable prices. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes in nearby Alvor and Portimao with 5km of villa.

Outside space
Patio doors from the living room lounge lead to a private terrace at the rear of the villa, with BBQ and outside dining area. On the first floor there is a covered verandah overlooking the front garden. There is off-street parking avilable in the driveway at the front of the villa.

Laundry
Washing machine & tumble dryer in kitchen. Prices include maid cleaning service and full towel & linen change every week.

Parking
Off street parking available for one car in front driveway of villa. Additional parking spaces avilable in designated parking area close to villa.
