This spacious villa with fantastic views to the Atlantic Ocean, golf course and lake, has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has twin beds. The large living room, with Satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, has French doors that takes you to the large and sunny terrace. The dining room has direct access to the exterior terrace with barbeque, and to the kitchen, which is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cattle and coffee machine and has a separate room with washing machine & dryer. The all house is equipped with a sound system controlled from each of the rooms. The spacious and secluded garden beautifully arranged, gives you complete privacy, and you will be able to enjoy great sunbathing by the “infinity” swimming pool.

Location type
The villa is situated in a calm area of Praia D'El Rey, surrounded by villas, just 5 minutes walking to the Club House, 1st tee and driving range.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cattle, and has a separate room, with washing machine and dryer. All crockery and cuttlery needed are also provided.

Living room
The spacious living room, enjoys of a lot of day light with its french doors giving access to the exterior patio with view to the swimming pool. The house is equipped with Sattelite TV, DVD, and all the house has a sound system controlled in each room.

Dining room
The dining room has table and chairs for 8 people, with direct access from the kitchen.

Bathroom
There are 4 bathrooms all en-suite, and a separate WC.

Bedrooms
All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and balconies. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the 3rd one two single beds

Outside space
There's a barbeque area, with outside furniture. Table and chairs for 8 people.
The garden beautifully arranged surrounds all the property. The patio is spacious with plenty of place for the sunloungers so you can enjoy the sun by the infinty swimming pool.

Laundry
Bed linen and towels are supplied. The property doesn't have beach towels.

Parking
Parking space with electrical gate.

Restaurants
On the resort you have a bar/restaurant in the Clubhouse, and other three in the Marriott Hotel. Outside the resort and within 5 to 15 minutes driving you can find various restaurants with great portuguese food, fresh fish and seafood at great prices!
