Location type
Our house is located overlooking the 10th fairway & shared pool. All amenities are within walking distance including golf course & clubhouse, beach(popular with surfers), tennis centre, shop, playground and Marriott hotel. .The resort has a children's club operating in the school holiday periods with various activities arranged. The area has an additional three golf courses within a 40 minutes drive, the nearest being only 10 minutes away. The medieval walled village Obidos is 20 minutes away.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Living room
A large spacious living roomwith two large sofas and chair to comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a Tv with satellite stations, DVD player, hi-fi, complete with a selection of music & movies.

Dining room
Open plan (within living room) with large table with 6 chairs.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms, one on each floor, with toilet, shower and bath.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms each with two single beds & open plan mezzanine floor with two further single beds most suited for children. Front bedroom has balcony overlooking pool and golf course. Ample wardrobe and draw space in all bedrooms. There is a travel cot available for babies and the staircase is gated top & bottom.

Entertainment
Praia D'el Rey is a quiet resort with evenings normally spent in the clubhouse or hotel. There is a late bar at the clubhouse (0200hrs). The village of Balael (10 minute drive) has bars and a nightclub.

Outside space
Patio area overlooking pool with table, chair, sunloungers and small bbq.

Parking
Parking available directly outside the house.

Leisure facilities
PDR has a superb golf course with driving range, Tennis centre with 7 outside courts. Marriott hotel has spa and indoor/outdoor pools(local charge payable).
The town of Peniche has a waterpark opening in summer holidays. Horseriding, surfing,cycling and karting are all available locally.

Restaurants
There is a restaurant at the clubhouse that also has bar meals available. The hotel also has a couple of restaurants. In Serra D'el Rey "Cozinha
