This townhouse is situated in a dead end road at Burgo Dom João, right next to the golf course and shares beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. It’s a very light and spacious townhouse, very well equipped and furnished enjoying of lovely views to its gardens and the golf course. The bedrooms are all on the 1st floor. It has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds sharing a 2nd bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace with view to the quiet garden. On the ground floor you will find the dining area with a very useful kitchen hatch, and a spacious living room with French doors opening to the patio area, where you can find the barbeque area. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and fridge. Here you will be able to relax and enjoy a splendid time with family and friends.

Location type
The townhouse is located at a dead end road, providing a lot of privacy and quiet to visitors.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, cattle, coffe machine. Ther is also a dryer in the garage, with access from the house.

Living room
The living room has a lot of day light with its french doors giving direct access to patio with barbeque area, and 2 sofas and two armchairs, providing seats for 8 people. There's Satellite TV and DVD.

Dining room
The dining room as a table and seats for 6 people. It also has a very usefull kitchen hatch.

Bathroom
Two of the bathrooms are upstairs, one ensuite, with bath, shower and toilet. The third bathroom is downstairs, with toilet and shower.

Bedrooms
All the three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, has a double bed and space for a spare bed if required. The other two bedrooms have single beds, accomodating another 4 people.

Outside space
Outside you can find the exterior patio with barbeque area, just facing the very quiet garden. There are tables and chairs, as well as sunloungers available. The swimming pool is just a few meters away, and you can access it through the gardens.

Laundry
Bed linen and towels are included. On a 1 week booking a bathroom clean and towel change is provided after 3/4 days stay. On a two week booking, 3 towels changes and bathrooms clean are provided as well as bed linen change after one week stay.

Parking
There's a parking space just in front of the property.

Leisure facilities
On the resort you will find a 18 hole golf course, driving range, 7 tennis courts, activity and games room for children and teenagers, Spa & Health Club and indoor swimming pool at the Hotel.

Restaurants
There's a restaurant/bar at the Clubhouse, and another three at the Marriott Hotel. If you wish to visit the restaurants around you will have plenty of good choices within 5 to 15 minutes drive, with excellent food, and fresh fish at great prices!!

Distance from airports/ports
Lisbon airport is just at 1 hour drive from the resort.
