Location type
The property locates in Vila dos Principes which is a private & gated condominium within the Praia D'El Rey Golf Resort. This condominium is just next to the driving range and Clubhouse, which allows you to walk from the property with the golf clubs if you are a golfer, or a 10 mn walk to the beach, tennis courts, convenience shop or the 5 star Marriott Hotel.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.

Living room
Very spacious living/dining room with TV and DVD, sofa, and with its french doors facing the exterior patio and garden. It has table and chairs for 6.

Bathroom
There are two bathrooms in the property, one of them being in the master bedroom upstairs, with bath, toilet & bidet. The second bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower and toilet.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom on the 1st floor, with double bed and en-suite bathroom, with a terrace with view to the shared swimming pool. The second bedroom on the ground floor, has two single beds.

Outside space
Exterior patio, with direct access from living room or kitchen, has table and chairs available. A few meters in front you can find one of the three shared swimming pools.

Laundry
Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. The property doesn't have beach towels.

Parking
There's a parking space next to the property.

Leisure facilities
On the resort you will find a 18 hole golf course, driving range, 7 tennis courts, activity and games room for children and teenagers, Spa & Health Club and indoor swimming pool at the Hotel.

Restaurants
On the resort you have a bar/restaurant in the Clubhouse, and other three in the Marriott Hotel. Outside the resort and within 5 to 15 minutes driving you can find various restaurants with great portuguese food, fresh fish and seafood at great prices!
