The house overlooks the shared swimming pool for the use of the 28 residents and their guests and the 10th fairway from the 1st floor terrace. The small size of the condominium of only 28 houses of which only 20% are usually occupied ensures a quite and relaxing area around the pool and gardens. The property has been stylishly decorated and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living/dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Aside from the first class golf facilities ( voted 13th by Golf World Magazine) , the resort has a 7 court tennis centre, children playground and unspoiled sandy beaches, plus there is a Clube Adventura outdoor activity centre which offers paint-balling, quad biking, orienteering, surfing and archery for older children .

The plot offers the best of both worlds, with use of the share communal landscape gardens and pool but because of its location in the condominium this house also has a small but private secluded garden.
