Apartment 3 is one of five apartments in Villa Patarinho. This two bed roomed apartment is centrally heated and the two bedrooms have air conditioning. In the long area, a sofa-bed can sleep two the Apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the orange grove. The total area of the apartment is 75 m². In the distance you have mountain views. Kitchen
Modern kitchenette has the following: Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Vito-ceramic electric hob, Toaster, Kettle, Juicer, Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, and Saucepans etc.

Living room
This is part of the kitchenette and dining area is equipped with a wall-mounted TV with Satellite (TV and radio channels) and a DVD player. Two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed and a coffee table completes this area. The door leads out to the terrace.

Dining room
The dining area has a dining table which will comfortably seat up to six.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, washbasin, WC, a bidet and a towel rail.
An extra WC and wash basin is located off the living area. Towels are provided for use in the apartment.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are light and airy with two single beds and bedside tables, built in wardrobes and have air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the terrace. A travelling cot is available, if required, at no extra cost. All bed linen is provided.

Entertainment
Apart from the TV and DVD equipment in the living room, there is a small selection of books and DVDs, some board games and a range of toys for young children. This selection is kept in the hallway and shared by all guests. A trampoline (3meter diameter) is in the garden, for young children.

Outside space
The apartment terrace overlooks the orange grove. The terrace has a table, chairs and a parasol. On the front of the Villa, the garden is grassed around the two pools: adult size (salt water; 6mX12m) and a toddler pool (3mx3m). Sun loungers are dotted around the pool area. Barbecue facilities are also provided in the garden area. Each apartment is provided with barbecue cooking utensils.

Laundry
The laundry room is a shared facility and includes a washing machine. There is a small charge for using this amenity. A clothes-horse is provided in each apartment. An iron and an ironing board is also provided in each apartment.

Parking
There is private parking within the grounds of the property.

Leisure facilities
Tavira has an excellent Leisure centre with three swimming pools and five tennis courts. The leisure centre is about 5 minutes drive. A cycle/skate park for public use is also provided by the local council. It is about 3 minutes drive form the Villa apartments.

Restaurants
Tavira has a range of restaurants ranging from the traditional Portuguese cuisine, sea food restaurants, Continental type restaurants; Indian and Chinese restaurants and numerous cafes that offer light snacks.

Distance from airports/ports
The nearest airport is Faro which is 30 minutes drive from the apartment. Other nearby airports include airports in Spain: Seville Airport (2 hours drive) and Jerez Airport (about 2.5 hours drive).

A beach- pack comprising a cool box, ice packs, 2 beach towels, and a parasol is available for hire.

Block Bookings: The five apartments can also be rented together as one single booking (maximum of 23 people sleeping). This might be a possibility for family/friends reunions, weddings or even celebrating a special occasion (an anniversary, a birthday or Christmas).

Also available for hire is the Function Room for such occassions.

Suitability
The apartment is suited for couples, families and adults who don’t mind sharing bedrooms in their single beds. The 2 bedreooms will accommodate 4 people. There is an extra charge of £10 per person per night using the double sofa bed in the lounge.

We truly recommend a breakfast in your terrace, where you can hear the birds, and sea view combined with the pool, or even a marvelous barbecue at night near the pool at sunset.
