The villa is set to the end of a cul de sac, in a quite but vibrant fishing village in unspoilt eastern Algarve. The villa has been completely renovated in mid 2008 and a brand new swimming pool is located to
the front of the villa. Consisting of master bedroom ( ensuite bathroom ) first floor with doors leading to terrace area. Two further bedrroms and a bathroom on the ground floor. The lounge is open plan with patio doors leading to the front garden and pool. Brand new kitchen and dinning table for six. Sky television is installed.

It is a Golfing haven with Benamor golf coarse less than 1 km from villa, Quinta de Ria and Quinta de Cima 5 minutes drive, The famous Montie Rie Golf complex and the Castro Marim Golf complex are
about 10 minutes. There are further two golf courses with in 15 minutes.

The villa is about 5 minutes walk to bars, cafe's and beaches. The other advantage is it is located 25 minutes from Faro airport, and 15 minutes from Costa de Luz in Spain, with more golf courses and beaches.

Golf coarse packages can be arranged with preferentail prices.

If you like to walk into the hills then a 5 minutes car ride will take you into the hills with orange groves and vineyards.

Many restaurants and cafes. You can enjoy a meal at Esmaralda's ( irish pub ) and end the evening with a drink at quasimodoes a few doors down. there is always a sports bar not far from the beachfront or a quite karoke night every fridays at polakos bar.

Distance from airports/ports
faro airport 25 minutes, seville airport 90 minutes.

Golf packages can be arranged also pick up and drop off to and from airport can also be arranged.
