Payment Methods
Payment can be made by cash, credit card or by direct bank transfer.

Deposit
To ensure your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 50% made by bank transfer. The remaining 50% will be requested on arrival.
Reservations cancelled at least 15 days prior to the day of arrival will be charged an administrative cost of 10% of the deposit.
Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival - non refundable deposit.
A refundable security deposit of 200€ will be requested to all clients upon arrival subject to any deduction for damages.

Change Over Days
Chech-in after 3pm.
Check-out before 11am.

Additional Pricing Information
All prices are based on 7-night stays. Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are available from September to June.
Prices including cleaning three times a week, bed linen and towels changed twice a week and free use of swimming pool.
During the stay the guest will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen.

Kitchen
Equipped with freezer refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker, cutlery, plates, bowls, saucepans.
There is a small table and chairs.

Living room
Our living room has a led TV with Satellite. Sofa to seat eight adults comfortably.
The living area opens out to a private terrace, with direct access to swimming pool and garden area.

Dining room
The dining room has a large wooden table which will comfortably seat eight people.

Bathroom
Two Ensuite bathroom on the main bedrooms with a bath with shower.
Two family bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bedrooms
All four bedrooms have two single beds with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating.
A glass door leads out to the balcony / terrace.
All bed linen is provided.

Outside space
This is a closed gate development with a communal garden with a large swimming pool and a grass area.
We have also provided garden furniture to use during your stay, this include sun loungers and a small table and chairs.

Laundry
Bed linen and towels changed twice a week.

Leisure facilities
Our development is located five minutes drive from Falesia beach and Vilamoura Marina. With a huge array of bars, restaurants, discos and casino.
There are a number of boat trips, rent a car service, slide parks etc which can be booked from the reception.

Distance from airports/ports
Faro airport is a 25 minutes drive.

Additional features
A cot, high chair or extra bed can be provided at an additional cost if required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed in the resort.

Suitability
This is a duplex apartment with ground floor and first floor suitable for families and guests of all ages.
A stair leads to the first floor where all four bedrooms are located.
