Location type
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of the Vilamoura Laguna and Millenium golf courses which are both within walking distance. Nearby is the Marina which has many varied restaurants and a busy nightlife and blue flag beaches. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Victoria Golf club where the Portuguese Masters is held.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is extensively furnished with all Bosch appliances including an electric fan oven with Gas hob. Large fridge freezer, Built in microwave and dishwasher.
There is a washer/dryer in the adjacent utility area.
There is a small table and stools in the kitchen.
The kitchen comes complere with all the crockery and saucepans etc that you will need.

Living room
The Living area comes with two large comfortable leather sofa's, one of which will open out to form a double sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV complete with Cable TV and DVD player, which will also play CD's.
There is an extensive supply of DVD's suitable for all ages, together with some board games.
The Living area opens out onto the balcony.

Dining room
The Dining area comes complete with a large Glass and Marble dining table and six leather chairs.

Bathroom
The Ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom has a bath with shower over and glass screen. Large built in marble surrond sink with cupboard under. Complete with Toilet & Bidet.
The family bathroom has a walk in shower, sink with Marble surround and toilet.
Both bathrooms have opening windows.

Bedrooms
Both large bedrooms can be arranged as either a very large double or twin room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the 3ft singles are suitable for adults. Good quality bedlinen is provided.
Both have built in wardrobes with lots of storage and air-conditioning/heating.
The main bedroon overlooks the pool area, whilst the second bedroom has a small balcony which overlooks the Millenium golf course.

Entertainment
There is a flat screen TV provided with Cable TV, togteher with a large selection of DVD's suitable for all ages.
There is also a large selection of paperbooks and guide books for the local area.
The apartment also has an inbuilt surround sound system whcih can be used in all the rooms.

Outside space
The main living room has large glass doors which open out onto a large balcony with seating for six which overlooks the large swimming pool area with jacuzzi and small separate children's pool set in landscaped grounds, together with outside shower. This is a gated developement so very secure for children. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided.

Laundry
Good quality bedlinen and towels are provided. These are changed approximately every seven days.
Please provide your own beach towels.

Parking
There are two secure underground parking spaces included with the apartment.

Leisure facilities
There are numerous good beaches in the Algarve. The fabulous Falesia beach is only 5 mins drive from the apartment. There are two main beaches in Vilamoura which are both within a 5 min drive. Then there numerous other good blue flag beaches within easy driving distance. There is a large water park nearby and a further large one within 30 minutes drive.
There are a number of boat trips etc to explore the coast which can be booked from the Marina.

Restaurants
There is a small supermarket within a 10/15minute walk of the apartment where you can get basic supplies including milk and bread. Behind this is a very nice restaurant.
There is a small restaurant at the Supergolf academy which is about a 20min walk away.
The club house at the laguna golfcourse also does very good food.
In the main Marina there is a large number of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Distance from airports/ports
Faro airport is an easy 20 mins drive away along the EN125. The International Marina is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with a wealth of shopping and eating facilities. It would take approx 30mins to walk into the Marina.

Additional features
Fully air-conditioned throughout, which can also be used to heat if required. No smoking in apartment. No pets. Apartment is serviced by a lift so suitable for families and guests of all ages. A cot can be provided at an additional cost if required. We do provide a personal meet and greet service at the start of the holiday with our English agent.
As the apartment can be heated this is ideal for longer lets during the cooler winter months. A selection of paperbacks and Travel books are provided for our guests to enjoy. There is also a wide selection of DVD's suitable for all ages.

Apartment is serviced by a lift so suitable for families and guests of all ages.
