Location type
Our apartment is part of the Oubaai Village - a beautifully designed complex with views to the Indian Ocean towards the soth and the Outeniqua mountains towards the north. It is situated on the golf course. Use the golfcart which is available to tenants to drive down to the whale deck and see whales and dolphins play in the ocean. Oubaai is on the world famous Garden Route of South Africa with easy access to a wealth of tourist attractions.

Fully equiped modern kitchen with all modern requirements such as washing machine and tumble dryer, four plate stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. All cooking and eating utensils and cutlery provided. Semi open plan access to living room and dining room makes a wonderful social atmosphere.

Childrens playground close to the apartment. Nearby Heralds Bay beach. On Garden Route with its world famous tourist attractions.
Outside space
In front the drive ways are beautifully paved with flower boxes and well manicured gardens. At back lovely gardens and lawns with barbeque on the veranda. The estate is well secured and completely safe.

Laundry can be washed and ironed on site - all facilities for washing and ironing are in the apartment. Laundrettes and dry cleaners are available in nearby towns of George and Herolds Bay

Golf - on the excellent award winning Oubaai golf course, The course was designed by Ernie Els. Hiking, site seeing, fishing, beach activities at Herolds Bay or other nearby beaches, fishing. Hosts of attractions on the Garden Route, Mountains, natural forests, the Gwaing River Valley and Indian Ocean.
