Luxury 2 bedroom apartment on the beautiful Hacienda Golf Resort Murcia Spain. Located on the second floor of the typical spanish style low rise building our apartment has wonderful far reaching views over the golf course and surrounding area.

Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort Murcia Spain.

The resort built by Polaris World features a superb 18 hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicolaus.

The apartment is on the second floor and boasts views over the golf course and surrounding area.

We are ideally located near the supermarket,bar and golf pro shop,the 1st tee is about 100 yards from the apartment.

It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a large lounge and good size balcony, there is air con in the lounge and both bedrooms. A sofa bed is available to sleep a further 2 people should it be required (ideal for children), a travel cot is also available.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated with a modern contempory feel.

We pride ourselves on the standerd of our apartment, all the towels and linen are brand new this year and will be freshly cleaned and laundered for your stay.

The resort has been designed with a low density spacious feel to the surroundings,with the emphasis on peace and tranquility.

It is ideally located near the bar and supermarket . One of the pools is just 2 minutes walk away and there is also a childrens play area very close to the apartment.

During your stay you can use the facilities on the other completed Polaris World resorts including bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as spa, golf and other sporting activities.

Sucina is the closest town with local amenities just 5 minutes drive away, it is a quiant little spanish hamlet. 15 minutes drive away is San Javier and Los Alcazeras with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are only 20 minutes away. During your stay you could visit the historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena.

We have a lovely couple looking after the apartment who live on site , they will meet you at the entrance of the resort to take you to the apartment and show you how everything works. They are also on hand if you need any infomation during your stay.

Please note there is a 55euro cleaning charge payable on arrival to our representitive, it cover`s all cleaning laundry towels etc...
