A great feature of this superb apartment which is always enthusiastically commented on by our guests, is the very large wrap around terrace which can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and the master bedroom and offers an outstanding sea view. South facing it has sun all day! a built in BBQ for al fresco cooking!, sun beds & drinks table, a large dining table, chairs and parasol and for the evening a lovely 3 piece lounge suite with matching drinks table where you can relax with a cool drink as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa!

The apartment is only 5 minutes drive from 2 wonderful beaches, 2 minutes to nearest golf course, 2 minutes to large Tennis, Squash, Gym and Sauna Club, 10 minutes to Mijas Water Park and many other great family attractions reached within 15 minutes including, Aqualand, Fuengirola Zoo, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World, Sealife Centre, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, Cable Cars and Funny Beach and the apartment is only 3 minutes from an abundant choice of bars and restaurants within the resort of Calahonda itself.

5 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurants and well stocked mini-marketall of which we can recommend. A further abunadance of shops/bars/restuarants reached in around a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

Deposit
We require a 20% or £150 non-refundable deposit (whichever is the greatest) upon booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

In addition to the balance, a £200 refundable deposit against breakages/damage or lost keys is also required at this time, which will be refunded once the apartment has been checked following your departure.

Change Over Days
A booking may commence on the same day as a booking ends for the departing guests.

In high season the preferred change over day is Saturday, but we can at time we can be flexible, please ask.

Check-in/check-out may also be flexible dependant on the incoming/departing guest times.

Additional Pricing Information
Rental charges are based on occupancy of up to 6 people for a minimum of 1 week stay. Over occupancy up to a maximum of 8, are charged at an extra £50 per person, per week.

Discounts available for stays of 3 weeks or more - please enquire

Shorter stays at times may be possible on a pro rata rate, but then additional costs for our Meet & Greet service and final clean would be in additon.

Rental of baby cot is £15 per week.

Rental of high chair is £15 per week.

Location type
Only 25 minutes away from Malaga airport, Calahonda and the apartment is only a 10 minute drive from Marbella. The apartment is excellently located making it very easy to access all the Major Golf Courses, Major Resorts and Major Family Attractions in very little time.
The apartment terrace is very large, fully furnished and affords a superb sea view and an extremely peaceful place to relax in the evening as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean Sea and the African Coastline.

Around the corner from the Strip is the El Zoco Centre where you will find a further choice of wonderful restaurants set in a lovely pedestranised area.
