Situated around Hoyo 14 (14th hole) of Nuevo Portil championship golf course, Brisa del Mar is a beautifully appointed town house with three bedrooms (sleeps 6), two bathrooms (one is en suite), ground floor cloakroom, a south facing patio garden and sea views from the two terraces. The complex has a large communal swimming pool and children’s pool set in attractive gardens (seasonal opening).

For golfers – a few minute’s walk away is the first tee at Nuevo Portil golf course and it’s less than a ten minute drive to El Rompido’s two golf courses. There are also a number of courses both in Portugal and Spain within an hours drive.

Hoyo 14 is ½ mile (0.8 km) from 15km of superb beaches backed by pine forests and sand dunes and protected by an attractive sand bar. Nuevo Portil adjoins El Portil and is only 3 km from the traditional white fishing village of El Rompido.

With a water park (seasonal), water sports, horse riding and a carting track as well as the Doñana National Park all within easy reach, there are many activities to satisfy all members of the family.

Brisa del Mar is easily accessible from two international airports – Faro (about 1 hour) and Seville (about 75 minutes)

1st floor:
- Master bedroom (en suite - see above) with king size (5 ft) double bed, chair, bedside tables with lamps, & large built-in wardrobe with security safe. Patio doors lead onto a south facing terrace.
- Twin bedroom (also on 1st floor) has two (3 ft) beds. bedside table with lamp, large built in wardrobes & wicker arm chair.

2nd floor:
- The attic bedroom takes up the whole of the 2nd floor & has twin (3ft) beds, & terrace with sea views.

Entertainment
In the vicinity are:

Outside space
The property has communal gardens and pool area. The swimming pool & children's pool are open from 1st May to 30th September. A lifeguard is on duty during opening hours. The rear south facing garden is fully enclosed & private. It has a large outside table and 6 chairs with an extending sun umbrella. Each floor has its own south facing terrace furnished with two sun loungers, small table & parasol.

Laundry
There is a laundry / utility leading off from the kitchen with full size washing machine.

Parking
The property has an allocated parking space in the underground car park. The lockable rear garden gate leads to ample on-street parking should you decide not to park underground.

Within walking distance for your convenience (or when he’s taken the car to the golf course)
- Less than 10 minutes walk from the house are a small supermarket, bread shop, ice cream parlour, pizzeria, bar & restaurants
- Less than 200m away is a large enclosed children’s park with playground area & goal posts for ball games.

We had a fantastic time and your home is a beautiful place with everything in it that anyone could want I don't think you and Alan have missed anything regarding comfort and information. The golf was great Dave and I had 6 rounds over the holiday on your course, the rest had different amounts of rounds, we all played after 2p.m. and paid 25euros.
We had fantastic weather only had rain during the night 1 night and the next morning otherwise brilliant blue skies and lovely and warm.
