You can reach the golf courses and the beaches in 40 minutes, Lake Vinuela is 30 minutes by car and from, here you can visit Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba. Come and discover Andalucia!!

25% deposit on reservation, balance 8 weeks before vacation. All payments need to be by bank transfer. There are special arrangements for last minute reservations.

Change Over Days
Flexsible. July and August reservations must begin and end on a Saturday.

Location type
Our accommodation is located in breathtaking scenery and is 30 minutes by car to lovely beaches, 40 minutes to the nearest golf course and 5 minutes to the village of Comares which has bars, restaurants, banks and shops. It is located in a small hamlet and you can walk to an excellent bar/restaurant.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker etc.,

Living room
There is a large comfortable living room with chimney.

Dining room
The dining area is fully equipped.

Bathroom
There are 4 spacious bathrooms.

Bedrooms
There are 5 excellent bedrooms with wardrobes, night tables and lamps.

Entertainment
There is a television and dvd player. There is also a music player.

Outside space
The outside space is amazing. There is a complete summer kitchen with large BBQ. There is a table and chairs for dining in the shade and there are sunbeds. There is a swimming pool 8m x 4m. This pool can be heated for the cooler months for a small additional fee. There are manyh terraces with beautiful views.

There is a washing machine in the house. n

There is space for up to 4/5 cars

Leisure facilities
There are many leisure activities in the area including, pony trekking, horse riding, donkey trekking, cycling, walking, mountain climbing and mountain biking. There is a hotel in the main square of the village which has Flamenco shows and salsa shows, weekly. There are also regular excursions from the village to Seville, Cordoba, Sierra nevada etc.,

Restaurants
There is an excellent bar/restaurant in walking distance of the Villa. In Comares there are a number of other vars and restaurants. In the main square of the village there is a beautiful Hotel with an excellent restaurant.

Distance from airports/ports
Comares is 45 kms from Malaga Airport and 90 kms from Granada Airport.

Additional features
The house consists of a main house and an attached apartment.

Suitability
The villa is suitable for large same sex groups, families, couples.

Testimonials
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house with breathtaking views.
The pool is at a very agreeable temperature so it is possible to swim even in the colder months. Also suiteble for smaller children. The apartment makes it posible to share the house between various people who don΄t want to spend the time together all the time.

We had a wonderfull stay in this house, well located on the top of a small hill, enjoyed a nearly permanent light wind. We will return.
