This lovely penthhouse apartment enjoys a super location opposite the Triton Hotel in Benalmadena costa. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a fantastic and very large terrace with BBQ, shower, private jacuzzi, table and chairs for dining and sunbeds. The terrace also enjoys beautiful views. The apartment also has communal gardens and communal swimming pool and private car parking. The beautiful sandy beaches of Benalmadena are 80 metres from the apartment and the famous Puerto Marina is under 10 minutes walk. There are many bars and restaurants under 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest Golf Course is Torrequebrada Golf. Other golf courses nearby are La Cala Resort in Migas and Aloha Golf Course in Marbella. From here it is easy to visit Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba. You can even get to Tangiers in Morocco for a fabulous day out.

Thge living room has a lovely sunny aspect with patio doors leading to the very large terrace. There is a dining area with table and chairs. There is a TV and DVD. There is a music player. There are sumptous settees and rugs.

The dining area has a glass table and chairs.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a full bath with shower above and a bidet. There is a vanity unit.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, vanity area and wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a further bed. There are also wardrobes.

Entertainment
There is a television, DVD play and music player.

Outside space
There is an excellent terrace with BBQ, private jacuzzi, shower, table and chairs for dining and sunbeds. There is also access to a utility room with washing machine.

Laundry
The apartment has a washing machine.

Parking
There is private car parking in an underground carpark below the apartment block.

Leisure facilities
Benalmadena is famous for the very many facilities that it offers.The coastal area is beautiful with many hotels, beaches and the award winning Marina, with excellent port facilities, fantastic nightlife and the fabulous Aquarium. The variety of types of restaurants is enormous. Tivoli World, the fabulous Jardin de Las Aguilas (Garden of Eagles), see the penguins and dolphins at Selwo Marina and Sea Life or take a ride in the Cable Car to see breathtaking views of the coast.

Restaurants
There are too many restaurants to mention but the most famous is the area around the Marina with many international restaurants and many shows of Flamenco, Sevillanas and international displays.

Distance from airports/ports
Benalmadena is approximately 20 kilometers from Malaga Airport.

Additional features
The jacuzzi is one of the best feautires of this lovely apartment. What a perfect way to relax with a glass of wine watching the sunset after a hard day playing golf!

Testimonials
Fifth floor penthouse a stones throw from the beech and benalmadena marina, a lovely friendly bar on our street, and if you don't like to go out much, everything you could need for self catering,plus a barbeque, and a massive balcony area with table and chairs and sun loungers plus the jacuzzi!!!!

If it is fun your are after this is the place. Lots to do, good size apartment and jacuzzi on the terrace! enough said!!
