The complex of Yucca Park was formerly a timeshare complex, but now most of the apartments are privately owned, including number 306 - a superb 1 bedroom apartment, which can accommodate up to four people - an ideal base for your golfing trip.

Yucca Park is above all else a friendly complex, consisting of 96 apartments. When you stay here you aren't just one of hundreds of strangers - you are a guest of the complex on holiday. Colin & Gaynor, who run the poolside bar will son know your name, and you will feel right at home in this lovely location. There are 3 swimming pools, including a shallow "children's" pool, and free to use sun loungers around the pools - an ideal place to relax after 18 holes in the Tenerife sunshine.

Location type
Yucca Park is in Playa de Fanabe, 2 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the very exclusive Del Duque shopping centre, and a few minutes in a taxi (or about 30 minutes walk) from central Las Americas, for those who want to sample the islands "clubbing" area of Veronicas. There are also plenty of bars & restuarants in the immediate area, as well as supermarkets etc to stock up in.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is a fully fitted American style kitchen, comprising of 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and all crockery & utensils etc.

Living room
The Living Room contains 3 seater sofa (containing 2 single sofa-beds, which can also be set as a double bed), 32" LCD TV (with local TV and limited satellite channels), DVD Player (DivX compatible) with selection of DVDs, Hi-Fi System(with selection of audio CDs), TV Unit containing games, DVDs, audio CDs etc, ceiling fan, armchair & acupboard with ironing board, iron & mops etc.

Bathroom
There is a fully fitted bathroom, with bath/shower, sink, WC, Bidet & illuminated mirror/cabinet.

Bedrooms
The Bedroom has a double bed, "tallboy" style chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe (containing FREE security safe), bed reading lights. ceiling fan, dressing table with mirror and "French Windows" to small garden area. A hairdryer is also provided.

Laundry
All bed linen & towels (not beach towels) are supplied, and changed weekly. Extra mid-week changes can be provided for a small extra charge.

Parking
There is plenty of on-street parking, or a "pay" underground car park if you prefer.

Leisure facilities
As well as the various golf courses, there are several crazy golf courses to test your putting, ten pin bowling, and of course all the watersports you would expect to find on the beach.
You can also walk along the prom for several miles in either direction - sampling the various flavours of South Tenerife.

Restaurants
There are too many restaurants to mention here within a few minutes walk of Yucca Park. We have the poolside bar which serves snacks and meals, and everything from "Buger King" to 5 star restuarants to choose from - something to suit every taste, and every pocket !

Distance from airports/ports
The airport (Tenerife South) is about 20 km from Yucca Park. A taxi from the airport to complex costs around 24 euro, and takes around 15 minutes.
