The villa has 3x2 bed apartments and 1 studio. Its only 45 minutes from Gerona Airport or 2 hrs from Barcelona. I can make your golfing holiday one that is different from the run of the mill. The nearest airport is Gerona, www.ryanair.com, I will meet you in the arrival hall and transport you and all your luggage to the Villa.

The villa is situated in Northan Catolonia only 1.5 kms from the beautful Mediterranean fishing village of Roses. Situated at the bottom of the Pyrenees mountains on a very quiet private urbanisation called Mas Fumats. It is in an ideal area for superb Golf and unspoilt countryside

The top apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1double bed and 1 bunk type bed that can sleep 3. A large walk in shower, vanity basin and wc. It has a fully fiited kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, built in oven hob and built in fridge freezer. Comfortable lounge diner and sky tv. The patio doors of the kitchen open up on to a south facing large terrace that runs along the length of the villa. It overlooks and old olive grove and mountains. Because its very secluded its deal for sunbathing during the day and in the evening you can watch the sun going down over the mountains indulging your self sampling the excellent local sangria, its magical.

Each 2 bed holiday apartment downstairs is self contained, kitchen, shower wc. There is a very large terrace together with a barbeque for you to use. Perfect for relaxing and eating after your days golf.

Only 30 meters from the front door is www.paskos.com a lovely family restaurant and bar, its only been trading 2 years and has already a fine reputation and clients do come a long way to taste the unique barbicued balkan food. The bread shop is only another 20 meters, really fresh taste baguetts and fresh crossaints, just beautful.

The nearest 18 hole golf club is www.golfperalda.com only 30 mins from the villa. Figueres just 12 kms is where the famous painter Dali designed and built his museam. Nearby is the www.terremirona.com golf complex. The French border is near and the Golf club is www.golf-falgos.com which is just over the border witha fantastic mountain trip to get there as its 1100 meters above sea level. On the way back down the mountains we pull in to a lovely Catalan restuarant with Wild Boar a popular Catalan dish.
This whole area has virtually anything that you can wish for your different holiday. With my exstensive local knowledge I will give you the very best advice, from beaches, trips out on my friends yacht, wine tasting trips, scuba diving, sky diving, nearby pool, restuarants, night clubs and virtually anything else you can think of. I will take you there and bring you back.

You will come back to this beautiful area time after time, because like me you will fall in love with it.

45 mins from the airport. Log on to www.ryanair.com They have connecting flights from all over Europe. Log on to your nearest airport and then click Barcelona Gerona. You will find very cheap flights if you book early.

Additional features

Beautiful family beaches, the biggest water park on the Costa Brava. Log on to www.aquabrava.com . While you are practising being "Tiger woods" at one of the 3 Golf Clubs, I will look after you family and take them to the very best beaches etc and bring them home in the evening.

Suitability
I have lived here for 7 years, to me the area is vitually unspoilt, I call it a McDonalds free zone so not many brits here, just perfect.
