This lovley first floor apartment is ideally located on the Campoamr Golf complex only 1.2km from the club house. There are also 3 other local cousres within a 10 minute drive at Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Las Colinas Golf and Country Club. There are plenty more courses to chose from no more 30 minutes away by by car.

The apartment with its distinctive pitched roof offers the guest an incredible feeling of space in the living area. Comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and everything needed to cater for 4 people. A covered terrace with an external table and chairs offers an alfresco dining option. and washing.

The apartment is located on the prestigious Campoamor Golf Complex.The club house is just over 1km away and there is a very good choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The complex is quiet and peaceful so ideal for relaxing after a hard days golf.

The apartment has a kitchen with plenty of store cupbaords and working survices and is fully equipped for self catering. Equipment inlcudes a fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a washing machine in the utility area.All the necessary cooking and catering equipment is provided to easily accommodate 4 guests.
