This well appointed apartment is set in a quiet location overlooking the 4th green on La Marquesa golf course on the Costa Blanca. La Marquesa Golf and Country Club lies in a valley between two mountains, with wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes and other obstacles which all players find enjoyable. It is a course that ranks as very comfortable, yet gives players a chance to use a wide variety of irons.
As well as the golf course, there is plenty to do in the immediate area, including tennis courts, bowling green and an abundance of cycling tracks around the lagoons. Only a 15 minute drive away are the beautiful blue-flag sandy beaches at Guadamar and Torrevieja, with water sports and activities such as pedalos, snorkeling, water-skiing etc., as well as the Aqua Park with wave machine, water slides and river flow.

Our apartment overlooks the 4th hole of the Marquesa golf course. There are numerous shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away, yet the apartment is set in a peaceful location. The town of Guadamar with its lovely sandy beaches is only a five minute drive away.

Kitchen
An American style kitchen contains everything you need including fridge freezer, hob, small oven, washing machine, microwave etc.

Living room
The open plan living room has British and Spanish TV. A double sofa bed is there if needed

Bathroom
Large bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and bidet.

Bedrooms
Two single beds with built in cupboards, bedside tables and lamps. All bedding is provided.

Entertainment
As well as the TV there are board games, and a variety of books and local maps and guides.

Outside space
There is a communal garden with large swimming pool and grass area.
The apartment has a terrace with sunloungers, table and four chairs.

A dryer and washing line on terrace

Parking
Parking is available just below the apartment for up to two cars

Leisure facilities
Riding, tennis courts, bowling alley, Aqua park and cycling are all close by.

Numerous restaurants all within walking distance.

Distance from airports/ports
Alicante airport is approx. 30 minutes and Murcia airport approx.40 minutes away .

Additional features
The caves in Rojales where there are art galleries and bars with live music are a must.
