The location of this property is in the heart of Playa Flamenca, South Costa Blanca

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all white goods ie: microwave, large upright fridge/freezer, automatic dishwasher, toaster & kettle. There are enough crockery, cutlery and other utensils to accommodate 4 people comfortably. The kitchen also boasts of a modern hob and oven above which is a fitted extractor. A door to the rear of the kitchen leads out to the utility area where there is an automatic washing machine and a large sink, along with two complete sets of his & her Golf Clubs.

Living room
The living room is furnished to a high standard and has been excellently colour co-ordinated. The room consitsts of two comfortable armchairs and a three seater sofa, along with a TV and Stand which also houses a DVD player. The property also has a portable Radio. Sliding glass patio doors lead out onto the spacious balcony which links to the master bedroom.

Dining room
There is a dining table with 4 matching chairs, which is overlooked by a matching wall unit/display cabinet. A Hot & Cold air-conditioning unit is fitted within the room.

Bathroom
The large en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and contains a toilet, bidet, bath with overhead shower and a hand wash basin set into a wooden vanity unit, above which is a large mirror with fitted spotlights.
There is also a communal shower room which is also fully tiled, along with toilet and hand wash basin which is identical to the one in the en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms
The double bedroom is very bright and spacious with a large fitted wardrobe which contains a security safe, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a chest of drawers. The twin bedroom is also very bright and spacious and has been well furnished. It contains two single beds, a bedside cabinet with a bedside lamp and has a large fitted wardrobe with a built-in shelf and several large drawers.

Entertainment
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the complex. There is also a Spanish supermarket within easy walking distance. The nearest commercial centre to Laguna Golf is Los Dolses where there is a large supermarket, bars and restaurants of many different nationalities. Entertainment is provided in this area all year round. There is also a bank along with a cash machine in the commercial centre.

Outside space
Large Balcony with outside table and chairs.

Laundry
The clean takes place prior to occupation.

Parking
There is parking around the outside of the complex.

Leisure facilities
Golf, Beaches, Go-Carts, Tennis, Bowls, Horse Riding & Swimming.

A very good choice of Restaurants which include, Tai, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, Mexican & English.
