'Casa Bienvenido' is a lovely air conditioned house has roof terrace solarium, sunshine all day & communal swimming pool. It has 3 fully furnished twin bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor & 1 bathroom including bath/WC, ideal for older guests. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor + 2nd bathroom with shower/WC a fitted kitchen with living/dining area with dining table & chairs & 2 comfortable 3 seater sofa beds. It can sleep 8 which is ideal for golfers and the sofa beds give extra room for children on family holidays. There’s also a front terrace. Access to the solarium is from the internal stairs & is great for soaking up the sun + BBQ. Just walking distance from Villamartin plaza which offers a great nightlife and choice of restaurants, Casa Bienvenido provides cost effective comfortable holiday accommodation for all ages in a well situated area. Accessible for wheelchairs. Car hire is not essential but recommended to give guests more freedom & access to local beaches & amenities.

Only a few hours from the UK with over 15 Airlines & many routes serving the region, the Costa Blanca and Villamartin are perfect for Golf, Bowls, Diving or relaxing in the Sun. Quietly located, the House new in 2004 is approx 20 from Murcia & 40min from Alicante Airport's. It's ideal for golf, family or relaxing holidays. Its just a few minutes walk to the well known Villamartin Plaza with easy access to the local Golf courses Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. La Finca is only 20min and La Manga 40, with many many more making this a golfers dream. Blue Flag beaches are a 5 minute drive. The weather & local amenities provide everything you need. Location type
The House although only a stroll away from the VillaMartin Plaza is in a quiet location which is ideal for catching up on some rest after a Day on the Golf Course and the 'Apres Golf' that the Plaza provides.

Kitchen
The Kitchen area is well laid out and provides everything one needs for a pleasureable stay. There is a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Grill, Ceramic Hob, Oven, Toaster, Washing Machine and all the necessary utensils required in a Kitchen at home.

Living room
The Lounge area has Air Conditioning and also Heating if you are over during the cooler months. There is sufficient seating to relax or watch the Television which has the favourite English Channels or to discuss how you have played. The Double settees are also used for extra sleeping when required. These allow sleeping for 8 people, Ideal for Golfers over on Golf trips.

Dining room
The Dining table is in the open planned Lounge area, with this and the double settees it provides plenty of room for eating in, although with the weather most people tend to use the Terrace of Roof solarium. The communal Pool is just a small walk around the back of the house, ideal for early morning dips or to help cool down after a day on the course.

Bathroom
There are two Bathrooms, the one downstairs has a Bath with Toilet and there is also a shower unit in the bath. This is ideal for older guest's who don't want to have to be regularly going upstairs.
The Upstairs Bathroom also has a toilet and Shower Cubicle.

Bedrooms
There are 3 Bedrooms which contain 2 Single Beds in each. There is sufficient storage space with wardrobes and plenty of draw space. The single beds are ideal for groups of golfers and couples are able to easily push the beds together. There are two Bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs.

Entertainment
As mentioned there is Satellite TV,Video Player,DVD player and Radio Stereo CD player.

Outside space
Again as previously mentioned we have a front terrace which can be used for Dining or just relaxing outside and also the roof solarium. There are tables and chairs and also Sun Loungers for the roof.

Laundry
We have the washing machine and with the washing line and Airer on the roof all washing is easily dried. Ideal to try and get the washing done before coming home when it is usual to have to rely on Tumble Dryers due to the wonderful UK climate!

Parking
There is a drive with room for off road parking with plenty of spaces available on the road directly outside the property.

Leisure facilities
Due to the location there are numerous activities available as well as the golf. The beach is only a 5 minute drive, where there are Banana Boats,Jet Ski's etc in high season. Local companies provide Horse Riding, Scuba Diving, Fishing and also Quad Bike trips. Most interests are catered for.

Restaurants
The Plaza and local areas offer plenty of choice covering all types of cuisine. Take a walk to the Plaza and have a walk around and soak up the unique atmosphere that the square offers and you will find somewhere you will like to eat. Italian,Indian, Spanish, Austro Hungarian, American Diner etc. are all available.

Distance from airports/ports
Casa Bienvenido is ideally placed being between both Alicante and Murcia(San Javier) Airports. In time terms Alicante is around 45 Mins and Murcia is about 30 mins.
