Villa Maria is a large 4 bedroom property, ideal for families or groups wanting a quiet, relaxing golf holiday whilst also having easy access to all the activities and sports that the Costa Brava has to offer. It is situated on the lovely private estate of Vizcondado de Cabanyes, just outside the village of Calonge. The 4 double bedrooms sleep up to 9 people, two of the rooms have double beds and the other rooms are comprised of 2 single beds in one and bunk beds and a single bed in the other. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other double bedroom has its own terrace with magnificent views across to the Bay of Palamos. Both double bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is also a shower room upstairs with a wc and downstairs there is an additional wc. The downstairs of the property is open plan with an archway leading from the kitchen to the lounge and dining areas, which look out onto the large terrace and 10 x 5m heated swimming pool and garden. Downstairs has air-con. Broadband is also available.

Deposit
A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. A 300 Euro refundable breakages deposit is payable on arrival.

Change Over Days
Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed otherwise by the owner. Out of peak season (September to June) rental weeks can run from a weekday, rather than from a Saturday if agreed with the owner at time of booking.

Vizcondado de Cabanyes is a lovely, quiet private estate just outside the medieval village of Calonge, which is approx 3 km from both the lively resort of Platja d' Aro and the fishing town of Palamos on the Costa Brava. It is just 30 minutes from Girona airport and 60 minutes from Barcelona International airport. Barcelona is only an hour away and the many family waterparks, unspoilt beaches and coastline of the Costa Brava are in easy reach

Suitability
The villa is large and spacious enough for a group of golfers or even two families to share. There is plenty of seating inside and out and plenty of room in the 10 x 5 m pool for cooling off. There are many local sites and activities for golfers and non-golfers alike including, historic towns of Girona, Palamos, Figueras (Dali Museum). Barcelona for site seeing, shopping, the zoo and aquarium. Waterparks for children at Lloret de Mar, Blanes and Platja d'Aro and many lovely beaches .
