Deposit
20% non-refundable deposit required when booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Full holiday cost payable on booking if booked within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival. A £100 security deposit is payable with balance/deposit refundable on return to UK assuming full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Hire. Terms and Conditions of Hire provided at time of booking.

Change Over Days
Saturday to Saturday as standard although flexibility with changeover day is generally permitted

Prices are for the property per week in Euros. £ conversion and payment available on request.
Long term lets considered at discounted rates
Arrival time 4pm/departure time 10am
Short breaks available (minimum 3 nights/€150 )
