We require a 20% or €200.00 (whichever is the greater)non-refundable deposit on booking,with the balance to be paid prior to arrival.
In addition to the balance a €300.00 refundable deposit against breakages/damage or lost keys/garage remote control,is also required returnable once the apartment has been checked follwing your departure

Change Over Days
A booking may commence on the same day as a booking ends for the departing guests.
In high season the preferred changeover day is Saturday,but we can at times be flexible,please ask.
Check-in/check-out times may also be flexible dependant on the incoming/departing guest times

Additional Pricing Information
Shopping service available for your arrival €20.00 plus cost of goods,payable locally
