Self catering holiday rental apartment with partial sea views, close to beach and golf courses. Set in beautiful grounds, the urbanisation enjoys great views of the sea and mountains. 2 Bedroom Apartment in Costa del Sol, Spain
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation, in the municipality of Casares, in Southern Spain, Andalucia, just 5 minutes outside Estepona. The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and fully fitted kitchen. It also has air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV (BBC, ITV) and DVD. Both the lounge and master bedroom have access to a large sunny back terrace.The kitchen has access to a secluded front terrace, which has late evening sun and is ideal for those who like to dine outside.

Just a few yards a way are the communal pools, water fountains and tropical gardens. You can walk to the beach in approximately 10 minutes and in the summer months (Apr- Oct subject to change) there is an excellent beach bar which serves lunchtime and evening meals.


The local beach is suitable for children and ideal for those who like taking long walks by the sea.You can walk for at least 30 mins towards Sabinillas and Puerto Duquesa or in the other direction towards Estepona. There are also many other towns within the Costa Del Sol that are within easy driving distance, such as Marbella and Puerto Banus. There is a small local shop that is open until late, approximately 5 mins walk from the apartment.

Just a few minutes drive away are the golf courses of Finca Cortesin (Volvo masters 2009), Casares and Dona Julia. Just a little further are the golf courses Duquesa and Estepona. Approximately 15-20 mins drive there are many more including Almenara, La Canada, Valderrama, Sotogrande, La Reserva, Alemenara, Flamingos, San Roque 1 and 2 and Alcaidesa Links and Heath. It really is a golfers paradise.
