Location type
Located in the heart of La Duquesa Golf Course (the first green can be seen from the terrace), only 5 minutes walk to the nerest bars, resteraunts, newsagent, deli and internet cafe and only 10 minutes walk to the port and blue flag beaches. There are numerous courses within 30 minutes drive, not least of which is Valderama only 15 minutes away.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equiped for 4 people with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.there is an iron and ironing board, clothes airer, vaccume cleaner, numerous pans, roasting tins, electric griddle and much more,

Living room
The living room is furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout and air conditioning/central heating. There is satallite TV (basic Sky channels) and DVD & CD players and numerous CD's & DVD's. There is a large settee, a dining table with 4 chairs and various side tables and lamps etc.

Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom is marble throughout. Has a jaccussi bath, with shower above, toilet, large hand basin and bidet. The other room has a shower, toilet and large hand basin. Both rooms have windows and hand & bath towels are supplied. A hairdryer is also available.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes with drawers and bedside tables & lamps. The second bedroom has either a king size bed or twins, fitted wardrobes with drawers and bedside table & lamps. All linen is supplied and both rooms have direct access to the terrace.

Entertainment
There is an abundance of bars in the immediate area and the nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus is only 30 minutes drive. Estepona is also worth a visit.

Outside space
The outside terrace is more than 100 sq mtrs and furnished with tables and chairs, potted palms, benches and sun lounges. There is the added benefit of two sun canopys for the comfort ot those wishing to keep nout of the sun.

Laundry
All linens are changed on a weekly basis and washing powder is provided should it be required. Linens can be changed more frequently at an extra charge.

Parking
There is underground parking for one car and plenty of visitors parking.

Leisure facilities
The community has 4 swimming pools, one of which is for children, paddle tennis courts, a bar-b-que area and a childrens play area.

Restaurants
There is a wide choice of resteraunts (Spanish, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Itallian, French, English, Mexican) and take-aways all within walking distance.

Distance from airports/ports
Malaga airport is 1 hour away, Gibraltar 30 minutes and Jerez 90 minutes.
