The accommodation comprises of the self contained ground floor annexe of the villa, with an open plan layout, fully furnished with easy to stay clean tiled flooring throughout, a spacious private terrace and garden area to the rear of property overlook the swimming pool with sea and beach views. The pool area is available for the annexe tenants use. The Kitchenette has a breakfast bar area, fridge freezer, microwave oven, hob and kitchen utensils in fact all you will need. Two separate bedrooms sleep 4 adults, one with king size bed and the other has twin beds, a sofa bed in the living area can sleep 2. All bed linen and towels are provided. An en-suite shower room with toilet is adjoining the twin bedroom, UK TV, DVD as well as free wireless internet is installed. The Villa is a traditional Andalucían style property, with panoramic sea views, ideally located 500m from the beach on Spain's Costa del Sol, It is situated in a quiet, private urbanisation, less than 500 meters from Puerto Sotogrande which includes the famous Valderrama Golf Course, it’s one of the most luxurious residential developments in Europe. Sotogrande Port has many bars, restaurants and boutiques where you can shop, relax, eat and drink, or just take a walk around the harbour admiring the luxury yachts.
There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses at least 20 of them are within a short drive. The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga and Cadiz province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities throughout the year.

Additional information about rental rates
* Please note a security deposit payment of £150 is required with your final balance, in case of damages during your stay and subject to a satisfactory post departure check this will be refunded to you within 7 days of your return.

* Travel insurance: The owners have a standard house insurance, which covers their own Fire and Theft. It is the responsibility of the occupants to have in place, their own insurance to cover theft, damage, illness, accidents and travel, etc.. Most travel insurance companies will be able to give you a quote for this.
Cleaning service: The owners provide a (change over) maid service prior to your arrival to clean the property plus a weekly linen change is provided. A daily or twice weekly maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.

* The owners will meet and greet you in your holiday home, a representative will be available most times to assist you with any problems or local information if required.
Discounted Car Hire and Airport Transfers can be arranged.

A welcome grocery pack can be provided on request for a cost of £25.

A great choice of local clean sandy family beaches are close by, and the village of Torreguadiario is a stone’s throw away with a good selection of affordable tapas bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the award winning blue flag beach. The lively cosmopolitan towns of Estepona and La Linea are both only a short drive away.

Distance from airports/ports
Located 15 minutes from Gibraltar airport, 45 minutes from Malaga of 1 hour from Jerez airports.

Little tip, we are a family of 4 and caught the plane to Malaga and the owners gave us a tip for car hire company, we rented new family car for 10 days for 98 Euros, cheaper than a taxi from the airport.

My parents and I stayed in the annexe and we really enjoyed our time there.
It’s bright, airy, spotless and very comfortable.
Shops, Restaurants, church, and the beach are all very close. The area around Sotogrande is flat making walking easy. Super Sol Supermarket is close where Gluten free products are available, makes life very easy for a coeliac! Knowing that the owners were living on site meant that we knew if anything went wrong help was at hand! Nothing did go wrong and had a most relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

Recommended for a great family holiday, we never thought about flying to Gibraltar from Gatwick before, it’s so easy and queue free, only 30 minutes’ from leaving the airport we were in the pool, a great location, plenty to do but away from the traditional bucket and spade Costa Del Sol, the villa annexe was great, we had everything we needed and owners were very helpful perfect hosts.
