Our Luxury Air-Conditioned Penthouse Apartment is situated at the heart of Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club and there are spectacular panoramic views of the Golf Course, Mountains and Sea.

This holiday rental accommodation offers a peaceful location yet is well placed to ensure that all the ingredients for a great self-catering holiday are at hand including a heated pool for year round swimming.

The beautiful beaches of San Pedro with their Bars Restaurants and plenty of parking are just 5 minutes from the apartment. Both Marbella and the trend setting Puerto Banus are only 10 minutes away - their Shops Bars Restaurant and Entertainment facilities are considered to be the best on the Costa del Sol

The apartments are set in landscaped gardens with 2 large Swimming Pools - one of which is HEATED for the cooler months. There is allocated private car parking, and 24hr Security.

Our 3rd floor penthouse apartment has full air-conditioning with a heating option for the cooler nights and there is a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry. Both of the Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of draw space and there are 2 full bathrooms - one of which is an en-suite. In the Lounge/Diner there is a formal dining suite and a comfortable seating area and for your entertainment we have provided Satellite TV, Video player with a small selection of videos, CD/Radio/Tape stereo system & a Playstation2 with DVD facilities.

The Lounge/Diner leads onto a spacious terrace, with dining furniture, that overlooks the lake and fairways. Steps, from this lower terrace, lead to a superb and very private 70sqm roof top terrace with sun-beds where you can take 'all day sun' without interruption.
The views to the Golf Course, Mountains, Mediterranean and Africa - are stunning.

On site facilities include 18 hole 72 par Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Tennis,
Paddle Tennis, Children's Play Area, Gym, Squash, Sauna and Pro Shop.
In the Club House, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, is a well appointed Bar and Restaurant

Los Arqueros is situated on the C339 road to Ronda just 3mls from San Pedro de Alcantara and
delightfully set in the rolling foothills of the Sierra Blanca Mountains.
A coastal highway, the A7 (N-340), travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts
between Gibraltar and Nerja. With our apartment centrally located near Marbella sightseeing is so
simple.
Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its
ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge. So much to do - so little time!

The location is also ideal for Non-Golfers who enjoy quality accommodation in a peaceful and
un-crowded setting and for families the beautiful beaches of San Pedro, just minutes away,
are ideal for those lazy beach days that children love.

There are no extra costs to pay although l do request a £200 Security Deposit that is repaid to you once l have the apartment and keys back.
During November to March each year l can offer good discounts for stays of 4 weeks and more.

Location type
Golf - the apartments are set in the centre of Los Arqueros Golf Club. On site facilities include Golf, driving range, putting green, tennis, paddle tennis, gym, sauna, squash, pro-shop and a pleasant bar/restaurant.
Quite peaceful surroundings and yet just a few minutes away from the buzz of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room.
There is ~ hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware is supplied. There is even plastic ware for the younger family members or that you can take to the pool without worry.

Living room
Comfortably furnished with 2 settees and direct access to the lower terrace.

Dining room
Formal dining room suite with table chairs and side unit.

Bathroom
There are 2 full bathrooms - one en-suite to the master bedroom and the other as a family bathroom.

Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space for your holiday clothes. It also has access directly to the lower terrace.
The second bedroom has twin - beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Entertainment
For your entertainment there is Satellite TV - with all the 'free' UK channels plus Spanish and German channels too.
There is also a CD/Radio/Tape player and a Playstation2 with DVD facilities.
We have also provided a selection of books, CD's and board games

Outside space
The lower terrace has a table and four chairs - with an umbrella if the sun gets too much for you. There are stairs that lead up to your private roof top terrace.
This is huge - 70sqm and has sunbeds for you to enjoy all day sun.
The views are fanastic - across the golf course, past the mountains and down to the sea.

Laundry
In the separate Utility Room there are ~ washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board

Parking
There is allocated parking directly at the rear of the apartment.

Leisure facilities
Golf, Tennis, Squash, Paddle Tennis, Putting Green, Driving Range and Childrens Play area all on site.
Nearby nearly every sport under the sun is available and the area is especially known for horse riding and water sports.

Restaurants
There is a welcoming bar restaurant at the Club House - just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Within a short drive there are many varies eating places for you to try.

Malaga Airport - 50km about 45 minutes
Gibraltar Airport - 50km -about 1 hour
