Lovely house in Punta Lara, Nerja with stunning sea views. The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room/kitchen and big terrace with magnificent views of the sea. It is located in a very pretty andalucian village just 200 metres from the sea and 2 kilometers from the centre of Nerja with all its bars, restaurants, banks and shop. You can reach Nerja by a lovely walk along the beach or by local bus. The house is 50 metres from the fantastic communal swimming pool which also has a couple of restaurants. The nearest golf course is at Baviera Golf at La Caleta less than 3 kilometers from Nerja.

All payments must be by bank transfer.

Deposit
25% deposit is required on reservation and the balance is due 8 weeks before your vacation. There are special arrangements for last minute reservations.

Change Over Days
Flexible other than July and August, at those times of year changeover days must be on a Saturday.

 
 
Further Details

Location type
Located in a beautiful andalucian village the house is 200 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the communal swimming pool. There is also a toddlers pool. There are bars and restaurants within a 2 - 15 minute walk from the house. The centre of Nerja is approximately 2 kilometers with its many bars and restaurants. From here you can visit Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba.

Kitchen
The kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. There is a microwave. There are plates, utensils, dishes and bowls.

Living room
The living room has 2 comfy chairs and a bed settee. There are nice colourful rugs and ornaments.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a full bath with shower above.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, hanging alcove, vanity area. Bedside table and lamps.

Entertainment
The house has spanish TV, CD player and DVD player.

Outside space
There is a beautiful big terrace with fantastic views of the Sea. The terrace has table and chairs for dining and sunbeds.

Laundry
There is a washing machine in the house.

Parking
You can park your car in front of the house.

Leisure facilities
El Playazo beach is situated at the western end of town and is the longest beach in Nerja.
El Playazo is currently undeveloped, natural and unsophisticated. This means that prices are more ‘normal’ in the various Chiringuitos. If you are looking to swim, sunbathe, play games on the beach and enjoy a good meal at a reasonable cost, then Playazo is the place to go. Facilities include:

Restaurants
There is no shortage of bars or restaurants, with over 300 to choose from. Tapas are an integral part of Spanish life and a very social way of eating and drinking.
The best idea is to have one drink and a ‘tapa’ at each stop, making sure you each order a different tapa so you get chance to taste as many as possible.

Tapas are generally included in the price of the drink, but not always.Taking in a few traditional tapas bars is a great way to experience Spain!

Distance from airports/ports
Malaga Airport is 45 kiloemters from Nerja and the airport at Granada is 90 kilometers.

Additional features
Probably the best feature of the house is the beautiful views and the terrace. Also its location in respect of the beach and the swimming pools. Access to Nerja centre is very easy but the house is away from the noise of the centre of town. Perfect!
