Luxurious Detached Fuerteventura Golf Villa with Private Heated Pool
Set in its own grounds the Villa comprises 1,000 sq feet of airy and bright living space. All bedrooms have integral wardrobes, providing ample storage space. All bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. The lounge, dining area is beautifully furnished using traditional natural Canarian style furniture and provides a cool place to relax, dine watch the satellite TV / Video or listen to music. The heated pool / planted patio area (in natural stone) is decked out in sun loungers, easy chairs and drinks table.

Villa La Isla Bonita is situated on the newly developed Fuerteventura golf club in the small town of El Castillo (Caleta de Fuste) on the east coast of the island of Fuerteventura. The villa is centrally located for exploring the whole island. • 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. • 2 Km from the beach and marina / port area where diving and water sports are available, • 2 km from town of Caleta's wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. • 15 minutes by car from the Island's capital, Puerto Del Rosario. • 2 minute walk from the club house, first tee, practice range and 5 star bars / restaurants. • 2 minute by car to a large commercial centre which includes numerous high quality bars & restaurants and a multiplex cinema. All set beside lovely gardens by the ocean. The island circa, 100km in length is only 84 km from the African coast, and with a total area of 1,731 square kilometres, it is the second largest of the Canary Isles.

Online bookings are not confirmed bookings until confirmed by us with you over the phone.
Weeks will be allocated strictly on a 'first booking deposit paid' basis. The booking deposit is 30% of the appropriate total cost.
All monies paid will be acknowledged immediately in writing or via email
Your holiday fee will include supply of all linen, towels and electricity.
A deposit may be required in addition to the holiday fee. This deposit is payable to our Homecare representative prior to handing over the keys and will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to an inventory of contents. In the unlikely event of damages / breakages, customers will be liable to the full replacement cost of the damaged or missing item(s)
We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the Villa and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.
Cancellation of a booking will lead to a forfeit.

Location type
Our Fuerteventura family golf holiday villas La Isla Bonita Gomera and El Hierro are both set in their own grounds on Fuerteventura golf course near Caleta de Fustes. Villa Gomera is located in the El Vergel development at the top of the Fuerteventura golf course beside the Elba Palace Golf Hotel. Villa El Hierro is located in the El Cortija development which runs along the 17th fairway to the right side of Fuerteventura golf course.

Each luxury villa accommodation comprises circa 1,000 sq feet of internal living space comfortably catering for 6 people. A sofa bed in the main lounge caters for sleeping an additional 2 children. Both Fuerteventura Villas have identical internal layouts with three bedrooms (master ensuite) and two twins. Cooling ceiling fans are provided throughout the living spaces.

Kitchen
Both kitchens are fully equipped with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer. There is a full supply of glassware, delve and utensils for all your cooking, dining and serving needs

Living room
The villa lounge, dining areas are beautifully furnished using traditional natural Canarian style furniture and provide a cool place to relax, dine watch the satellite TV / Video or listen to music (portable stereo provided). The dining table and chairs seat six people. A door off the lounge opens out into the private patio / pool areas.

Bedrooms
The golf villas accommodation comprises master bedrooms both with a special order spacious 180cm double bed. All bedrooms have integral wardrobes, providing ample storage space and all bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. A secure safe which can be individually coded is also provided at the villas accommodation for your valuables.

Outside space
The patios decked out in 6 sun loungers, 6 easy chairs and drinks table are shaded from the sun and overlooks your own heated pool. The Garden areas around the villas pool are tiled in natural stone with an attractive Canarian stone barbecue provided .The grounds are planted with a selection of flowers (including Ibiscus, Cannas etc.) and indigenous palm trees including Yukas. The rest of the villa grounds are covered with attractive black volcanic picon. Privacy is maintained by the 1.5mtr high cane cladding around the villa's entire boundary fence.
