Two bedroom garden apartment with fantastic views over the golf course.The apartment offers two double bedrooms which can be made up as doubles or singles. A large bathroom with shower and bidet. A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge and dining room with comfortable leather sofas and solid oak furniture. Entertainment includes, a large LCD tv with dvd player and a selection of films. Cable tv brings a large choice of english channels as well as most other language channels. A CD hifi system which also has an Ipod dock and SD card reader as well as a USB socket. So you can take your own music in all formats. A 1gb card is provided with a large amount of music to suit all tastes. Patio doors lead on to the sheltered terrace area with a comfortable four piece suite. In front of the terrace is a hedged garden area with sunbeds and a small drinks table. Directly in front of the apartment garden is the large pool which is fenced off for childrens safety.

Deposit
£100 deposit secures dates. Full balance due no later than 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.A fully refundable security deposit is also payable with the final balance. This is currently £100.

Change Over Days
The property will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival. please vacate by 11.00am. We try to be as flexible as we can with these times, if nobody else is booked to stay prior or after your stay.

Additional Pricing Information
A cleaning and servicing fee is payable locally in euros to our agent. This is €50 currently.

Location type
The Golf resort of Hacienda Riquelme nestles in the foothills of the mountains amid orange and olive groves.Peaceful and tranquil surroundings make for a relaxing holiday. The golf course is a par 72 jack nicklaus design and offers even the most accomplished golfer a real challenge. Substantial discounts off the green fees are available to clients.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a holiday. large fridge freezer. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Oven, Hob, extractor. All the utensils and crockery etc.

Living room
Living area is furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas and solid oak furniture. LCD TV with good choice of uk channels and a DVD player with a selection of films. Air conditioning provided

Dining room
Dining area has an oak table and leather chairs to seat up to six. A stocked wine rack for your use, all we ask is that you restock for future guests. A CD system with IPOD dock , USB hub and SD card slot . Bring your own music in all these formats. Air conditioning provided

Bathroom
Fully equipped large bathroom with power shower and bath. Sink over vanity unit. Toilet and bidet. Heated towel rails. Fully tiled.

Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes with ample hanging space and draws. Beds can be made up as doubles or singles. Oak bedside draws and ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool in summer. The apartment also has central heating throughout for the cooler winter months.

The resort is still developing, but there are onsite facilities available. The golf course is now fully open as well as practise areas. An onsite supermarket and clubhouse with bar and cafe and pro shop are now open. A short 5 minute drive takes you up to the town of Sucina which has bars and some lovely spanish restaurants. there are also supermarkets and various other shops and banks.

Distance from airports/ports
The resort is located inland, and is about 15 minutes from San Javier Airport. Or 40 minutes from Alicanta airport.

The apartment boasts Airconditioning and central heating. Ground floor for easy access to the pool and gardens.

Suitability
being a ground floor property it is suitable for less able people with no stairs to negotiate. It is also safe for children.
