Change Over Days
Change over days can be organized to suit your requirements.
Property is normally available from 3.00 pm on your arrival day.
Please vacate by 10.00 am on yor departure date.
We try to be as accommodating as possible and other times may be agreed with our agent in order to suit your travel arrangements.

Additional Pricing Information
On arrival, you will be required to make a provide a deposit of € 200.00 to our agent.
Guests are responsible for any properrty or content damage or any loss of items on the inventory.
Providing there are no deductions necessary, € 140.00 of your deposit will be returned to you on leaving. The remaining € 60.00 will be retained by our agent as a cleaning and servicing fee.
Transport can be arranged through our agent to and from Murcia Janvier or Alicante at additional cost.

Restaurants at La Torre include the Encina Buffet. the Trattoria Acacia Restaurant, serving the finest Italian cuisine and the Limonero Spanish-style restaurant.

Distance from airports/ports
Murcia appriximately 30 minutes.
Alicante approximately one hour.
