El Valle Golf Resort is the most exclusive of Polaris Murcia resorts. It is low-density and comprises a limited number of apartments and villas in Moorish architectural design. The resort is very secure with entrance generally limited to owners and their guests. Some of the restaurant and leisure facilities are not yet complete, but there is a professional shop with bar and guests can also make use of all the facilities at the nearby La Torre and Mar Menor resorts. The Nickalus design 18-hole golf, par 71, course has two large lakes, streams, small waterfalls and bunkers surrounded by native vegetation. Guest of El Valle may use any of the facilities, including the golf courses at the nearby La Torre, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme resorts.
The apartment is magnificently positioned in the central area of the resort adjacent to the golf course itself.

Change Over Days
Change Over days can be organized to suit your requirements.
Property is normally available from 3.00 pm on your arrival day.
Please vacate by 10.00 am on your departure date.
We try to be as accommodating as possible and other times may be agreed with our agent in order to suit travel arrangements.

Additional Pricing Information
On arrival, you will be required to provide a deposit of € 200.00 to our agent.
Guests are reposnsible for any property or content damage or any loss of items on the inventory.
Providing there are no deductions necessary, € 140.00 of your deposit will be returned to you.
The balance of € 60.00 will be retained by our agent as a cleaning and servicing fee.

Leisure facilities
One of the communal swimming pools is adjacent to the apartment.
There is also a professional shop with bar which caters to all the needs of a golfer, including the hire of clubs, trolleys and buggies. Other facilities are available at adjacent resorts of La Torre and Mar Menor. These include sauna, gym, beauty care facilities and hairdressers.

Restaurants
Snack bar at professional shop. Other facilities at La Torre and Mar Menor. The Las Torre resort is the other side of the highway and features a number of first class restaurants including Spanish and Italian cuisine. At Mar Menor, which is only a few minutes drive, there is a five-star hotel in which there are two differently-styled restaurants, one of which is beside the swimmimg pool. There are also two further restaurants each offering their own specialities.

Distance from airports/ports
Murcia approximately 30 minutes.
Alicante approximately one hour.

Additional features
The Murcia region is located in South-East Spain bordering on the Mediterranean Sea. With sunshine more than 300 days each year, normally less than 30 days of rain and an average annual temperature of 21C, it has a fine climate ideally suited to the tourist or golfer. The area boasts over 30 museums and castles and incorporates beautiful scenery combined with modern bars, restaurants and leisure facilities for all tastes.

Polaris, the course owners, operate a policy of "non-disturbance" which means that excessive noise or other inappropriate behaviour is not permitted either in the dwellings or the surrounding residential areas, thus ensuring that all guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.
